Very. Bad. Took my daughter cat in for a routine. Fixing the cat. Never even cut her Cat Died in the prepping process Date. Thurs. 1/12/2017 They. Must. Not know what they r doing Or walked away to text. Or something. Its been so bad here Thanks to this vet. Never ever use them. Ever. I repeat ever again. Best part. Cat is 9 month old. Nothing wrong with her. And. They check blood. And did. All there checks. And again every thing was normal. So. How did this happened . Walked out the room to text. Not paying attention

I love this location! I used to take my dog to Aurora (their sister site), but once Streetsboro opened I switched over. Best decision! The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and really takes the time to make sure your pet is doing well. Our pup has severe allergies and the Streetsboro staff didnt give up until we had a way to make her quality of life better. I highly recommend taking your pets to this location to get them the very best care.
