We are a dog loving family, and have lived in Chagrin Falls for 23 years. After floundering around for a while trying to find the right Vet, we found this practice and have been happy, loyal patient/customers for a long time. Conrad Griffith has continued and grown the warm, compassionate, intelligent soul of the place. He will listen to you, and partner with you, because he knows you understand your pet like nobody else. He knows the newest, the cutting edge stuff, but he also knows common sense and balance. And the front office staff is unfailingly knowledgeable, empathetic and business like. If you love your pet like crazy (and most of us do) its great to find a Vet whos sane. And there are some out there who arent. Dr. Griffith is the BEST.

Dr Griffith and his staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and competent. Hes not cheap, but you are paying for quality. Dr Griffith specializes in veterinary surgery and, speaking as a nurse, is darned good at it. He saved me a considerable amount of cash by removing mast cell tumors from my Golden (he ALWAYS had clear margins, which is the Holy Grail of oncology surgery), instead of referring us to an Oncological Surgeon. Theres a reason why everyone in Chagrin Falls takes their pets here... Hes that good.

Dr. Griffith and his staff are nothing but kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I feel like everyone there genuinely cares about my pets wellbeing as much as I do. It is a little on the pricier side but the support and resources you receive in exchange are absolutely worth it.

Weve taken all of our pets - 3 Goldens and 4 cats over the years - to Dr Griffith and his wonderful staff for years. Very caring, knowledgeable, and thorough - and even the pets like the Dr and staff. Not inexpensive, but we feel its worth it for our "babies."
