Dr. Kelly Rehmer is the best veterinarian I have ever taken my animals to. She is not only a doctor, she adores animals and it has been proven time and time again through the care she has given to ALL my animals. Her new staff has been courteous and helpful to me as well. They have gone above and beyond to fit me in for appointments at the last minute when I have urgent situations that need to be addressed. Dr. Rehmer has even called me many times after treating my animals to check up on them. She always has time to see a sick animal, even if I do not have an appointment. I have read some of the negative reviews regarding Dr. Rehmer, her staff and her hospital and all I can say is this, whoever could possibly say such things is a miserable person who probably cannot be pleased with any doctor or any service. We all know these kind of people!! Take it from me, I have four dogs and a cat. There is no better doctor on this planet!!! Dr. Kelly Rehmer is the only veterinarian I will ever take my animals to.

We only got to see our "vet" once. Every other time it has been a student or "fill in" vet. Full price though. The final motivation to leave this office was that they wanted to charge us for a prescription because we didnt want to buy the medicine that they stocked in their office. HUGE conflict of interest! Absolutely unethical, and as a human physician, I think that this practice is probably illegal. This is right after a well visit with immunizations that cost almost $150, cash of course since vets dont have to deal with insurance or reimbursement. This was a ver upsetting experience.

Horrible experience!! As I was waiting in the lobby I could hear the receptionists AND Doctor talking poorly about other patient owners and each other. Very unprofessional staff, and very uncomfortable environment!!

They are nothing but helpful and the prices are extremely reasonable. They take care of my Rottweiller like their own. I recommend this vet to anyone and everyone in the Cleveland area!!!!!!
