My experience was horrible they have a walk in clinic they suppose to open at 8am iam sitting there is registered iam waiting for the nurse to buzz me in the walk in clinic it took her 20 minutes to buzz me in I see two assistance nurses and ask them why they taking so long gone she reply we are only here to take cofeee,wow you work here she should of reply like can you have a sit in find out whats going on! And then the security guard instead of doing good hosting job he sit theres running his mouth and flirting with the front desk female and they sit there talking so loud and can hear everything they say and we still sitting there waiting for to get registered I dont like it here and its not the first time they are getto and rude,I will be looking for another place

Horrible. Majority of the medical assistants and phlebotomists are very unprofessional and rude. Constantly cancelling appointments and having to reschedule which is very fustrating when your suppose to have weekly appointments and they are the ones who can not follow their own appointment times. They keep billing me even though I submit proof multiple times that I had insurance coverage but they can not seem to understand that and bill insurance instead of me. Every time I tell them to bill the insurance the ask for proof of coverage which I have given about 3 times. Some of the doctors are really good but they need to get it together.

Sure you can make an appt. If you need a referral we can fax for one. Ok fine. 40 miles into my 52mile drive they call and cancel my appt. I get a different doc and they are clueless. Unreal. Oh and the festival at the front door. REALLY. How about telling new patients this stuff is happening. Hoping I dont have to go back. Waste of my entire day to not even be seen.

I like the way they have the parking for handicapped in the back and you can see everywhere around I also like the idea that they work with you when you dont have enough money to pay for certain things to have done. I have the parking cats in the back the everywhere around I or so yeah idea they work with you when you dont hey for certain things have done

The lab! The lab! It is torture being there waiting to get blood work done! I rather die than being in there with that little room so crowded with people. It is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had getting blood work done!

My mother has been going her for over 10 years+. These past couple of years charter oak has been going down hill. Do not recommend this place, unless youre okay with things being delayed, because believe me they run on their time.

Its a health clinic for the common cold or if 6ou have no insurance they will workout a reasonable payment plan that you will be able to afford

Urgent care is the worst. They are extremely slow and make you wait almost an hour just for your reaults even though theres only 1 or 2 people
