I had to give at least one start in order to post this review. My daughters Pediatrician originally sent me to this facility from his office. When I arrived, the sign on the desk stated lab closed. There was a woman and a guy (Richard) there so I wanted to ask them since they were closed and my doctor had sent me would I need to make an appointment. Before I could even speak Richard looked up at me and rudely said "we are closed". I tried to explain the doctor had just sent me with no instructions so I needed to know what to do and he said "well you can come back tomorrow". I then said fine but what are your hours? Richard was unbelievably rude and short to me. After he have me the information I needed I proceeded to let him know that his rudeness wasnt appreciated and he could have conducted himself more professionally. I will NOT go back to this facility because of him. When we returned the next day he had every opportunity to apologize and he did not. He should not be in any capacity of dealing with patients.

I would give them -0 if I could. Do not go here. Schedule somewhere else. Place reminds me of a bad nursing home. I was scheduled for a 2 p.m. appointment they have no record of me. I have the information on my script including the telephone number. I was informed by staff that that is not their telephone number, so I called it in front of them and it is BayCare scheduling. Surprise. They then tried to say that they confirmed with me, however they have the wrong number. I have had the same number for almost 20 years. Do not use this place, this location!

Worst customer service and they have no urgency to help. They always lose your scripts. They make you wait an hour after your appointment time trying to find the script blaming the doctors office. We have called the doctors office and they have faxed numerous times. This is my 2nd visit here in less than a month and same problem both times. I wouldnt even give them a 1 but a 0 wasnt available.

Ive been here 2 hours now and still havent been called to desk to five information and script for my labs. Its not even very busy in here. They are averaging about 4 to 5 blood works per hour. Absolutely unexceptable, the problem seems to be the people at the front desk waste way too much time chatting to each other.
