This place is flat out pathetic. The idiots who do your drug screen call you back and they have gloves on! Really? Ever heard of cross contamination? Infection control? How did you poss your class! Dont mention it to them, you will get a dumb look as if they are completly clueless to what they did! The one lady whome did my drug screen, did not open the sample cup with her bare hands instead they were gloved, chances are they were dirty being as she called me back with them on! GROSS!!!! What makes it worse is there was an orientee who didnt even mention anything to her. Really 2 idiots whom know nothing. The wait is flat out pathetic an hour and a half for a drug test really!! Not to mention they are completely clueless if they have to actually fill out paperwork. Find a different location these idiots do not know there ass from their elbow, and there is about a 90% chance you will some sort of contamination being where they do not wash there hands or change gloves inbetween clients. FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO GO TO!!!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE FLAT OUT STUPID AND SLOW AS DIRT.

Working in a medical field I know what its like dealing with a large number of patients every day, that being said I have never been to a worse office. I arrived early and put my name on the sign in sheet. No one was sitting at the desk. After about ten minutes an older lady came in and sat down at the computer, I went up to her and asked her if I needed to fill out paper work, she took the sign in sheet and asked me for my name, when I told her she informed me that there were four people in front of me. Okay...I guess I was the only person that thought it would save time if I filled out paperwork before they called me back. Turns out I never filled out any paperwork, luckily they at least verified my birthday. The two women that worked at the front desk, who also happened to be the nurses, were rude, unfriendly and incredibly insensitive. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Dont bother using their online scheduling or pre registration options. We set an appointment and still waited over an hour and fifteen mins. The older lady working was so rude and argued with us and other clients. She complained about being the only one working in the office and sat on the phone complaining about another client and talking about her health information in front of us. I will never walk into this location again .(Greenville location suit 222) She should be fired for violating HIPA laws.

Theres not much to say about Labcorp everyone Ive been to has had horrible customer service. At this particular one the two older ladies working the front are witches they are rude to every single customer that walks into their job. They were very rude didnt answer questions just simply looked at me and said pee to this line.

Dont know what everyone is talking about had an appointment at 10 am that I scheduled online, I signed in at 9:42 and I walked out at 9:53. Great customer service and friendly ppl.
