Went in and paid cash for some tests. Balance due, zero. This all is shown very clearly on the printed receipt. A month later I get a bill in the mail saying i owe 80 bucks. I compare the billing statement to my receipt and I was billed for an extra test that didnt exist. 1. Im annoyed I have to get this rectified. its a huge waste of time. But most importantly, 2. This shows me this place is committing fraud. I see what is going on. If only I had insurance I wouldnt called e looked twice at this, and you would have never been called out. Im sure it was a simple mistake by the clerk to ring me up, take my payment, and then "accidentally" bill me for a random test my doctor never ordered after giving me a receipt that shows a 0 balance due.

We have been to a few LabCorp offices, this is by far the best, the only reason it is 3 stars instead of 5 is the complete lack of personality at the front desk. Once you get to the back, the experience is a bit better. I understand that the office staff has to deal with quite a lot of people that have no idea whats going on, but its their job to help them figure it out, not be rude. The reception desk needs a person in there that has patience, instead they have someone that is stone cold.

Dirty rotten liars. They told me they needed my card for reference purposes and they told me TO MY FACE that it would not be charged. They charged it and wont give me an explanation as to why they charged the amount they charged. The service was spectacular but I wouldnt want anyone to stand for a company who lies to your face and smiles while doing it.

Thank you to the gentleman who has the courtesy to call the customers by their full names and then to professionally address them Mr. , Ms etc. unlike the young lady who disrespectfully calls people - more than twice her age - by their first names as if they are preschool children.

Staff are slow and unprofessional, labcorp should reevaluate the staff. No reason you should wait 2-3 hours for lab draws or urine tests that take a couple of minutes to complete, especially if there are only a few people in the waiting room and have an appointment.

I made my mom proud - I went for testing of STDs. Maybe you want to do the same for your mom. It w as easy and not expensive at all. Everything is done on the phone, and I was at the place for 15 minutes tops. Shell sleep better and so will I!! B.D.

Theyre not there to make friends. Theyre there to provide a service for your Doctor. If you dont like to wait the next time your wasting time playing a game on your phone, try a new game. Its called lets make an appointment.
