I went for my exam on the last of the year. They knew I had no insurance. They tried to sell me an awful pair of frames for $250.00 even though I did not like the frames. Next day I returned and found frames more to my liking for $79.00. Received glasses about 10 days later. Wore those glasses for TWO weeks and could not see properly and returned and asked them to check my prescription. Made to feel foolish for even asking but they checked and found that the prescription was 3 times the strength that they should be. Another 10-12 days later, I received my glasses again. Wore them for another two weeks and still had problems seeing properly. Returned glasses and received a refund.

Be sure to ask for Jason. He is very knowledgeable about picking the right frame for you; making sure you are happy with your glasses. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and capable. Some of the doctors seem better than others but they are all friendly and helpful. My family and I have been helped by Jason for years. He used to be at DOC in Southland, and we have followed him wherever he has gone. He will always help you and greet you with a smile! Having optical insurance will help of course because its a lot of out of pocket otherwise...

We went there some time last year for the first time. My son really liked the doctor and was comfortable with the office. The staff was all wonderful, friendly and helpful. I wasnt sure what frames to go with since there are so many and they helped me find a pair that met all of my requirements.

This was the first time we have been at this eye place and the service was "over the top"! The manager was happy and helpful - our girl who helped my husband pick out and fit his glasses was a "hoot" made us feel like family and gave us the most for our money
