Awful experience, the doctor was professional but not friendly, and I just found out, when I had to schedule my second eye exam in two months, that she gave me a very wrong prescription, almost a whole point off of each eye. Also, the high pressure sales to buy a pair of frames was very uncomfortable and took an hour and a half for me to even try to talk them into letting me leave without buying from them. The original price they quoted me, with good vision insurance, was $850 out of pocket. When I reacted with shock at how much that would put on me, especially since I chose one of the cheapest frames in the store, they treated me like I was stupid. Would not recommend, I was drawn in because of good reviews previously posted and the same day scheduling available, but I think that everyone is better off going to Walmart or Sams Club.

I was impressed with the ease of scheduling and availability and the selection of glasses. I took both of teenage daughters there for an eye appointment. The optometrist was fast and friendly. The service received by the other staff (Jalen) was great. He was very patient while my very indecisive teenage daughter took forever to decide which of two pair she liked best. I was given the option to order glasses from them or to use my prescription to take it elsewhere if I did not see any glasses that they liked. There was no pressure to purchase whatsoever! I noticed that they had a lot of repeat customers and many of the staff new them by name. My first impression of this place was great! Glasses will be here in 2 weeks, which is faster than my previous vision provider. So I give five stars.

Just like other people who is going to purchase their first pair of eyeglasses in their lives, I did a lot of research online and visited different stores to get an idea of the service and eyeglasses they have. Pearle Vision, compared to other stores, has more choices for those who enjoy brand name glasses (Gucci, Prada, Burberry, etc.). Dr Li, who examined my eyes is a very kind lady. The sales associate Lee and other couple ladies provided professional opinions on eyeglasses selection. The eye exam schedule is an easy process you can log in their website and schedule an appointment there. I waited about 8 days to receive a call to pick up my glasses. I recommend you guys to use VSP eye insurance it definitely saves you guys money there. Overall, very good experience !

The service while I was there was fine. However, I went to pick out my glasses 3 weeks ago and I still have not received them. I called last Wednesday, when I was told they would be in. The sales associate told me they had just shipped and they would be in in a few days. Its 5 days later and still no glasses. I called today and asked about it and the sales associate told me they would call the distributor and call me back. They didnt. So I had to call to follow up. They then told me that the glasses were still at the manufacturer, which contradicts what they said last week. Moral of the story, its been 3 weeks, I cant see, and these sales associates have done nothing but lie to me. Not thrilled.

It was awful. I made my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and gave them my insurance info they said they took it. Then the day before they called and asked for it again. They said so they could call and have everything set since my appt. was on a Saturday. So I go to the appt. fill out paperwork and give them my card and a few minutes later they tell me they dont take my insurance. Ok I really need new glasses as mine are cracked and in those 2 weeks I waited I could have went somewhere else. now I am back to square one. Why waste peoples time and keep telling them you are going to help them if you are not going too?

I have been unhappy with my glasses for a while. They constantly slid down my nose and I took them in several times for adjustment. I was resigned to putting up with the frames until I could afford new glasses. However, when I took them in this time for repair because a screw had fallen out, I received service over and above what I hoped. I was able to get new frames that fit much better, and Ms. Hussein assisted me in picking out frames that are less likely to slip. Kelly and Lee also assisted me with the transaction and provided excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend Pearle Vision at Easton.

I recently got a pair of glasses from Pearle Vision and I must express my gratitude to their knowledgeable staff! Not only were they VERY patient while I tried on every horned rim frame in the place, but they also were very understanding and adaptable to my personal style requirements. All of their staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter the store to the moment you leave and I love them so much Im tempted to go in every week just to get my glasses straightened! Almost. I just wish they did contacts too!.Check out Pearle Vision for your eye wear needs! Youll be glad you did!

Terrible, horrible place. Awful customer service. Store Manager said "you are not a real customer, we are not making any profit out of this sale" ($549 prescription glasses). Very mean and unprofessional. I was told on my voicemail to pick up my glasses between 10am and 6pm (store hours), the store didnt open until 12 because "Sorry, everybody was out of town" Plus I was accused and ashamed in front of strangers because an employee claimed I said the F word to him - an horrible LIE - Stay away from this store.

The Dr. was prompt, professional and even alerted me to the fact that the lenses I got from Walmart about two years ago were cloudy when she checked the lenses. I was able to purchase new glasses with better lenses and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with my decision. I cant wait to pick up my new glasses!

I took my daughter here, because this is the place that took her insurance, and I was quoted a better price over the phone than Lenscrafters (the other place that takes her insurance). The Dr seemed very nice, the other staff were helpful. It was quick and painless.
