Dr. Keenan was extremely thorough with the exam, he explained everything he was looking at and it didnt feel like he was trying to rush on to the next patient at all. Parking lot caused damage to my van the refused to fix it blaming it on the city! Waiting time is way to long also exams rooms are very over heated. They have black topped the parking lot but it hasnt helped much. I suggest if you have to go use the back entrance to avoid damage to your car.
