Previous review about only caring about billing is accurate! Was quoted an amount that I was responsible for AFTER insurance and paid that amount in full before the visit! Then, I received a bill in the mail saying I am 30 days late on $15 because, there was a difference in what they quoted, to what the insurance paid. When I called and spoke with billing manger she was unwilling to work with this. If you are quoted an amount and then pay it in full - accept it! That is what was quoted. You write off the difference that you were wrong on! A quote is a quote! Then ding me on 30 days late when I was unaware I even owed the stupid $15! They also are always trying to UPSELL services.. fluoride, wisdom teeth extraction, whitening... The Get Gephart story is TRUE!! Over charge over charge over charge! And they dont hold to their quote!

This place is not very good at all. The dentist was recently changed and all they care about is their billing. We have really good dental insurance and there was a small balance that we questioned. Well the next thing we knew is we had a letter sent out to us saying to find a new dentist. All be cause of $38.00 dollars Now they claim it is 3 times more. Watch out for this office and their billing. There are plenty of dentists in Tooele

I have been a patient at Frandsen Dental in Grantsville for almost 3 yeas and I find their professionalism is second to none!! They are a great group of dentists and assistants. I havent had any bad experiences at Frandsen Dental...and the service and prices were the best Ive ever had.

I like it when Im here at frandeen dental and I enjoy my time whike I am, while I am waiting j have a tv to entertain myself and when I finish I get to snack on a cookie and some water but on another mote they are all great dentists and amazing assistants
