I regard Dr. Allred as a thoroughly experienced and knowledgeable dentist. Some time ago, I had a serious problem with my left front tooth. It required a root canal. A simple procedure? No, not in my case. The reason I regarded it as a serious problem was because my left front tooth was a "post" for a 4 tooth bridge. This meant that the tooth had to be "cut" from the bridge, the permanent cap had to be removed, a root canal performed, a temporary cap installed, and a few weeks later, a permanent cap of a matching color installed. I visited another dentist before Dr. Allred, however, I didnt have a good "gut" feeling about the dentists expertise. When I later visited Dr. Allred, his confident voice and manner of speech thoroughly convinced me that I wanted him to do the work. I had made the right choice. Everything went well. Many dentists and their staff are friendly and caring. However, if you want that good "gut" feeling that your teeth will be properly and professionally taken care of, may I suggest you visit Dr. Allred. He and his staff have the knowledge and experience to take care of whatever problem you may be having with your teeth.

Deseret Family dentistry is by far the best dental office I have ever been too. My experiences with past dental offices had left such a bad taste in my mouth that it took me a long time to ever trust or even like another dental office. Over the last few month I have been going to Deseret Family Dentistry and I can now say that I have found my forever dentist for my family. Dr. Allred and his staff are amazing. This week alone I saw first hand how much Dr. Allred and his staff truly care about their patients they see and how they are not just a number to them. My daughters face was swollen to no end. Their office manager and Dr. Allred brought her in even though he was 100% booked for that day. Needless to say my poor daughter was having issues with some molars that were trying to come in sideways. Dr. Allred had such compassion for my daughter that he did not hesitate on squeezing her in once more that day to extract some teeth so that these molars could surface. I will forever be grateful of his and his staffs compassion and will forever be a client to their office.

I am very pleased with the dental work and care that I received at Deseret Family Dentistry. Dr. Allred is an excellent dentist. He is kind, compassionate and very competent in his field. He explains everything he is doing. He assures that you are not in pain while he takes care of your needs. The experience is a comfortable one. I knew I was in very competent hands while in his care. I previously had a fear of dentists and the work they do, but I dont feel that way with Dr. Allred and his staff. His staff are truly amazing as well, They are very kind, compassionate people and are very competent in their fields as well. You can tell they love what they do and they love working with Dr. Allred. If you are looking for a great dentist - look no further. You have found one! I highly recommend letting Dr. Allred take care of your dental needs. Thank you everyone at Deseret Family Dentistry. I appreciate you more than you know. Dr. Allred and his staff are very kind and professional. I have been a patient there for about 3 years now, and have always had positive experiences (even when getting a rather yucky root canal). At other dentists offices I have felt like I was being constantly given a sales pitch as the dentist would try to get me to have procedures done (bridges, implants) that were not needed, but would greatly increase his/her bottom line. This has NOT been the case with Dr. Allreds office. He lets you know what your options are, along with the related costs for the same, and allows your choice to be just that - your choice. His prices are fair, his equipment is up to date, and I have always been treated fairly and kindly . I would recommend his dental services to anyone!

It started as a "walk-in" when I was just looking for some information because I did not currently have a dentist since we were relatively new to Grantsville. It was late enough on a Friday afternoon that my expectations were kept reasonable. Due to a last minute cancellation, a few minutes later I found myself leaning back in a comfortable state-of-the-art dental chair being taken care of by a very friendly staff. Melissa, the hygienist, was pleasant and thorough. X-rays were taken, my teeth were checked and cleaned. Dr. Allred took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I appreciate the details. Pretty sure I now have a dentist.

Love everyone at Deseret Family they take excellent care of their patients. I have put going to the Dentist off for a long time because of the fear of pain, and ridicule at the condition of my mouth. They are very considerate of your comfort and always make sure you are not having any pain. They take time to explain procedures, and everything that theyre doing. Deseret Family Dentistry is fabulous. I strongly encourage anyone in the Grantsville area to make an appointment. The staff is friendly, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. The office and equipment is new and modern. The office hours are very convenient and there isn’t a terrible wait to get an appointment. I love how well the staff interacts with my children. My boys love the TV’s on the ceiling.

Dr. Allred provides high quality care for myself and my family at a very reasonable cost. I am self employed and do not have dental insurance. The hygienists are very gentle and compassionate. His bill and secretarial staff are very professional and personable. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I finally dont mind going to my dental appointments. Highly recommend his services.

My biggest concern was finding a dentist and staff that would work well with our four year old, after a traumatic experience with a previous dentist, and this visit was AWESOME!! We moved to Grantsville in 2009 and needed a dentist for our family. Dr. Allred has been wonderful. Weve had regular cleanings, occasional cavities, a couple of crowns, and my daughter had an abcess that required pulling of two teeth, but all without complication. Friendly staff and short waiting times. Up to date equipment and comfortable office.
