I am very disappointed with the office on Santa Rosa. My paperwork was faxed yesterday after 3 pm. I showed up this morning to leave a specimen and was not attended to because my paperwork was not received. In order to receive treatment the lab work had to be submitted. I was sent away. I called my doctors office and they stated that it was sent. My doctors office was surprised I was not attended to and they would have sent the paperwork again. I made an appointment at the Lomard office in Oxnard. My doctors office sent the paperwork to them. I hope it works out later this afternoon. So, so disappointed.

It is a small location that has been open for the past 5 years. This location is busy but a short wait as I experienced (20 minutes). They do not have a receptionist so you just sign in and a flabotimis will call your name. You will then give your paperwork to them and they will take you to a exam room to take your blood. If I need to do more bloodwork I will definitely return to this location.

I went to this Quest location for the first time. I didnt have much of a wait and the phlebotomist was EXCELLENT. Ive had a lot of needle pricks in my life, and she was one of the best. Hardly felt it. She was good at explaining not to bend my arm afterwards to keep it from bruising, and telling me not to lift anything heavy for the day. Very friendly.

Waiting is so bad... If you have kids, work or arrunds to run ( like who doesnt...), dont even think about going there.
