We with my wife visited dentist Dr.Steven Mautner because the price was very reasonable and unfortunately we did not research enough.Dr. Mautner recommended putting the bridge for 4 teeth. He installed the bridge, which fell down in several days. Dr. Mautner was hurried, working at the same time with several patients. I visited his office 6 times within 2,5 months and every visit he was giving me just a few minutes. Dr. Mautner replaced the bridge twice. Finally he installed two bridges for 2 and 3 teeth and they still do not work properly. I am suffering and eating mostly soft and liquid food because there are some spaces between sharp metal and gum. The dentist whom I visited recently recommended take the bridge out and install 5 crowns for the price 4 times higher than I paid to Dr.Mautner. My wife has even more problems after the installation 5 teeth bridge for her by Dr.Mautner. She ended in emergency room with the severe infection and swollen face. The doctor from emergency room prescribed antibiotic for her which she used for 10 days. The dentist, whom she visited later, recommended replacing the bridge with 5 crowns and making a root canal for the total price almost 5 times higher than Dr.Mautner charge her for the bridge. Dentists whom we are visited recently did not believe that our bridges were installed by licensed American dentist. After being patients of Dr.Mautner we realized that it was the worst experience we have ever had by visiting any doctor in America. I am 81 years old Holocaust Survivor and cannot believe that after living for 40 years in a great country. I am facing to survive again because I visited a wrong doctor. Definitely I will never recommend this doctor to anybody.

I decided to go to this dentistry by not researching enough, and because price was reasonable and came with a coupon. Sounds great to me because I only wanted a cleaning done. I scheduled on appointment in June. Did an X-ray and cleaning. Results were good as I expected no cavities no nothing. Dr. Mautner stated that I have great teeth. It is now a month later and I found spots on 3 teeth. I was shocked and asked if I should come in and see whats going on. Elizabeth, said I should come in and Dr. Mautner will look at it. I went in and he looked at it and said I have stains on my teeth. It was just a deep stain according to him. I was relief it was not cavities. Why I am giving a bad review is not that am bitter but because the manner in which Dr. Mautner spoke to me was very disrespectful and cheeky. He said its not his responsibility to take care of my teeth, and thats so true, but why should I pay to go to a dentist if they are not going to detect a problem and solve before it gets to a state of no return? Tell me he comes from generation of dentist and that the problem is not something he would attempt to fix because its not significant. He is not going to drill into my teeth to fix the stain, and fill it. I was not challenging is knowledge, but wanted to know what was the cause for my concern, and why it wasnt detected at the time of examination. Bottom line hes very disrespectful.

Every heard anyone say "I love going to the dentist?" Well I do if it is a dentist like Dr. Maunter and his staff. The are very professional, courteous, and the procedures I have had were truly painless. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist.

The best Dentist and staff. He is so caring and really concerned about his patients. I have been going there over 10 years. I moved and now live 45 miles away and still go to Dr. Mautners office. What a good dentist he is and so are is fees
