Terrible on many levels. Went in for a $119 cleaning which includes "In office Smile Perfected teeth whitening" (as their website ad says) and was told they would give me a take home Opalescence tray. Clearly NOT what I came in for. Was told teeth whitening procedures are "all the same". The included x-rays are NOT digital. Doctor Sidney Martin refused to clean my teeth. He said I needed a deep cleaning which cost much more. Also said I needed to see an orthodontist about my bite! I already had braces when I was young and no other dentist ever said this before. Scary. I went to another dentist with REAL reviews (youll see that Alecia Martin gave 5 stars - same last name of the dentist). The real dentist said my teeth were fine EXCEPT I had a cavity and needed my 30 year old metal fillings needed to be replaced. Dr Martin didnt notice the cavity. I left the CEO of Dental Care Alliance, Mitchell Olan, who is in charge of Advanced Dental Care, a voicemail and he had some corporate guy call me back who refused to pull the fraudulent ad even though they dont offer Smile Perfected teeth whitening! This bait and switch with unnecessary dental work being pushed seems to be standard procedure for these corporate scumbags. Just say NO to corporate dentists.

I paid Dr. Martin about $40,000 for a cosmetic dentistry botch job that resulted in cancer of the blood. Why? Because of Dr. Sidney Martins inferior procedures and failure to assess my intolerance for chemicals such as benzene, fluoride and a host of other dangerous 3M concoctions which ...he introduced into my system without my knowledge or consent. He failed to test for the compatibility of said chemicals with my system before beginning the extensive procedure. Additionally, I paid for 16 crowns, but learned recently that 16 crowns was not what I received. In fact many of the "crowns" were simple veneers, and some were applied to the premolars, which in fact constitutes malpractice, as it is against the established protocol. Now just 7 years after having the 16 crown cosmetic restoration the entire job is falling apart! 4 of the 16 crowns are already broken and the entire job is in need of complete overhaul...for another $40,000! As for the good doctors attitude when confronted with the above information, he informed me that he would not offer any compensation nor correction to the botch job which ultimately compromised my total health. Dont go there!

Flat out crooks. They accept both of my dental insurances and they were fully aware on the phone that I have two plans. When I arrive, they take both my cards. Then while Im in the chair, the assistant is talking about let me see how much it costs today and Im like well nothing because I have two insurances that you accept. She says we only will use one of your insurances!!! (Office policy) they want you to pay out of pocket instead of using your secondary insurance. What a joke. Also they insist on taking more X-rays even when you have valid, recent X-ray records with you. Why would they want to expose the patient to more unnecessary radiation?
