This place has Extremely Slow service and I cannot express how Beyond Unsanitary it is! The Workers were very unprofessional & rude from the front desk receptionist making ugly faces to a patient on the phone, to the guy doing the pricing at the end of the consultation! I waited 30 minutes from my appointment time and after getting my xrays, they moved me to 2 different rooms just to wait an additional 30 minutes to see the doctor. I have never been so uncomfortable and frustrated at the dentist before and definitely will not be returning. I also wanted to add, a friend of mine who goes there for her invisalign regrets it!!! Their appointment service is very unorganized. There has been 3 back to back incidents where she came in and her appointments were canceled or moved to another day because the doctor wasnt there or something was wrong. Things happen but they couldve called to confirm or notify her or something! I can see why this can be extremely frustrating to her, especially because she lives 45 minutes away!

As far as the bad reviews go, I can imagine these people are the ones who are never happy...with anything. Every single time I am in there, I see clients smiling while dealing with the staff. My appointments are always quick with maybe 4 minute wait times. The staff is awesome, the orthodontist has a great bed side manner, and takes the time to discuss multiple options with you. He even took pictures of my teeth and texted them to a specialist to get me an immediate estimated solution. That was going above and beyond. He could have just told me to make an appointment, but instead, he saved me hours by texting the specialist. I highly recommend choosing Lumen Dental for all basic and orthodontia procedures.

I came to Dr. Kanaan with a difficult dental case. I had crooked teeth, missing back teeth, and I never shed my baby tooth as a child. Dr. Kanaan straightened my teeth, and made a series of recommendations to install a bridge. The end result was absolutely beautiful! My smile is gorgeous, and I couldnt be happier. I appreciate the staff for working with me in making the best decision of my life. I enjoyed my visits at Lumen dental, and I highly recommend this dentist to everyone!

The orthodontist does NOT pay attention to the patient. RARELY does he actually seem to care. Once most of my treatment was over he completely ignored me. If you are looking for a place where you feel like a human and not a big check, I would NOT go here. If you still decide to use this orthodontist pay as you go. The nurses treat you well, but I do NOT believe it is worth it. Each appointment I waited at least 15 mins before being called and then more time before being attended.

Lumen dental did a root canal for my daughter...fast foward less than 2 years later and we need another on the same tooth..I was never told we needed a crown otherwise I would have had it all done at the same time since I paid with Care Credit. The office manager called me back and was not sympathetic at all. Instead I was told I was wrong and that they inform all RC patients about the crown. Needless to say I was disappointed and will never use or recommend this place again!

I arrived Lumen Dental with a really bad case, my teeth where really bad and so were my molars but they got me in and thanks to the hard work and professionalism my smile is better. From the staff to the doctors everyone is real professional and kind. I want to thank everyone in Lumen Dental for their patience and hard work they did to give me a better smile that I can show. I love working here,i love my co workers and the doctors are very good at doing their job,,very flexible hours,patients are very nice and understanding, we have a kids playroom with 2 playstations and we have a movie theater, you just gotta request us (the front desk) to put a movie on and we will do it..

Everyone here is really nice, there wasnt a time I came and I was out of place. Good prices and the community is amazing if I would get my braces done again Ill come back to lumen dental. They helped with my pice to be in my range and made it affordable to make my teeth as perfect as ever.

My daughter just got my her braces removed and her teeth are perfect couldnt be any happier. All the staff is friendly, great services, the office manager Omar is always there to answer any questions and concerns that I have. I am very satisfy with lumen dental.

They gave me an appointment for Friday and once I got there, the doctor was not there and the guy at the front desk was socially awkward, overall this clinic is waste of time and dont have a good communication in order to solve the issue. Made me really upset.

I went in with severe pain on my wisdom tooth, they removed it within 1 minute super fast the doctor did a good job. After it was removed I was with pain took medicine for the pain and went away now I am doing much better!

Lumen Dental has been very good to me, I had my braces done and after 2 1/2 years I just had them removed and my teeth came out great! I am very satisfied with the dentist and his assistants.
