The doctor I had(50 y/o Asian male) was rude and reluctant to explain anything he was doing if at all. I had commands barked at me such as "Take off your shirt" and "drop your pants and underwear" with no other further explanation why. It was only when I was visually uncomfortable and concerned when he explained to me he was checking for a hernia in a tone to suggest I was stupid. The doctor spoke over me constantly. It seemed like he was much more concerned with getting in and out than making me feel comfortable or answering any questions. Based on the information I was able to pry from him I know I got a physical and blood work. As for what he actually did during the physical or what the blood work is for I can only make educated guesses. If you want a doctor who skips building rapport and you dont like asking questions Valley Medical in Waldwick is your best bet.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the great hours they are open. My wife and I both have had more negative than positive experiences, mostly with Dr Sequeira. She is very abrupt, doesnt listen to your concerns, and prescribes medication without knowing the dosage. I told her I was allergic to a medicine and she prescribed it anyway and when I asked the dosage, she had no idea. It took an hour and a half for me to get an answer, and it was from the nurse. Not even Dr Sequeira!!! Dr Sequeira told me to take the medicine or deal with it. She was extremely rude. I also do not know how she got her MD. My wife walked in with symptoms of the flu. Dr Sequeira didnt examine her at all. Didnt listen to her chest or anything. She said that she must have the flu. When making an appointment I would make sure to ask to not have her.

Rude heartless people! I had an ear infection and broken eardrum with blood coming out of my ears, and they turned me away because I wanted to pay cash for my visit instead of using my lousy ObamaCare insurance that I was forced to buy according to law.(which they did not accept!) They told me it was against the law for me to pay cash and that I needed to go to the ER instead of bothering them. STAY AWAY from this place, theyd rather see you die than to help you without insurance so they can double the price of the visit!

Yesterday I was incapacitated by extreme pain in my head and ears. I went here @ 2:30 or 2:45 and explain the amount of pain I was in. The place closes at 3pm. The people behind the counter said dr will not see anymore patients. I begged and pleaded offered cash and explained the amount of pain I was in. They said sorry you should go to the ER. I proceeded to plead ad beg to no help but laughter from the office admin. By for the most insensitive and inhumane treatment I have ever experienced.

Dr. Katz does a great job and this place is always easy to deal with. Now that they have gone electronic it is great if i have a problem I can go into other Valley Health locations and they have all my records....its like having a whole bunch of back up doctors.

For the most part the staff is friendly. The doctors are all terrific. The facility sees everyone when I have been there. They are there late every night except Sat. and Sun. They are are however in on the weekend more than half a day.

This place is great. They are honest about the wait and staff is friendly. Dr. Grannas and Vanessa are excellent. They spend the time needed with you and are very professional. Highly recommend!

Slow form of torture if you go there for a walk in. Three hours until I saw the doctor. They shouldnt offer urgent care services. Never ever again.

Great hours (and they do take walk-ins) and staff, but there is often quite a wait.

I spent more time filling out paperwork then the doctor spent misdiagnosing me.
