Dr. Bukhalo when first going to him for my back care seemed very interested in my care..that was about 1/1/2 years ago..since, Ive been dissatisfied with no information on what was happening with my care..seems to be very busy with injections, little interest and time to talk to me ( the patient) about my follow up care..I find much miscommunication between the doctor and his staff, plus not told what his plans are next..very confused staff/ patient relations..Im told one thing, but the office staff seems confused as to what theyre telling me is to occur..very dissatisfied due to little communication between his own staff..Dr. Bukhalo is a nice man, but as far as instructions on follow up, Im not even informed correctly.. I had no choice but to seek other options for myself since I found out nobody at this office followed thru with what they told me they were going to do

Hands down, Dr. Bukhalo is THE BEST doctor EVER! I have seen many doctors in my 50+ years and never have I seen a doctor with it all......he is highly knowledgeable with an array of treatment options...something within everyones comfort zone, he is truly concerned and LISTENS to my issues and concerns, and he has an excellent bedside manner. Most of his support staff are just as wonderful. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Bukhalo as I wish he could be my doctor for all my medical needs! He has been my doctor for several years now so this review is not based on one or two visits. If what is important to you is the same as it is to me, you wont be sorry with this doctor :0)

Was accompanying my mother in law for epidural injections to relieve back pain. Went to Arl. Hts. location on Central Road. Found inadequate run-down waiting room space, extremely long wait times, people stacked up in hallways. Cannot determine if appointments are poorly scheduled or he is just the only game in town. Spent most time with officious physicians assistant who re-asked the same questions the nurse had just asked and counseled us about the procedure as if we were not going to receive it (so why come?)!! Had to ask to meet the doctor before receiving treatment. Bukhalo capable, but this is a factory operation. I dread going there.

Hygiene among the medical help and the office needs a lot to be desired. When my husband was seen the office was milling around with a waiting line to sit down after receiving an epidural, and to check the patients blood pressure. There were no disposabale cups available (the front office said they were all out) so the gals were taking the used cups and rinsing or washing them out and giving the water to the patients. No dishwasher in the coffee room and nothing but a sink full of dirty dishes and cups!!~! Wow, what a bad way to be introduced to a respectable pain clinic!!

I cannot thanks enough Dr. Bukhalo for his careful review of my MRI and finding problem that all my previous doctors could not even see. He is very kind, professional, pays attention to the details, cares about his patients and quickly responds to phone calls and inquiries.

I agree with the first review, my mother was going there for back pain. She passed on Sept. 20th from an epidural abcess after being in hospital for 7 weeks.
