My first contact with Aspen came when a tooth on my current upper denture broke. I felt that my current dentist would not be able to handle the repair with me being without my plate for a period of time. I contacted Aspen. Unfortunately, it was over New Years weekend. They were able to get me in the next day. I did have wait three hours for the tech to do the repair. Better than several days. The repair was perfect. They did tell me that since my dentures were not from Aspen, the repair was not quaranteed. While I was at the office, I discussed the possible replacement of my current dentures. The office manager explained the cost and gave me a brochure about the payment plan. Several weeks later, I contacted the office to start the process. I met Dr. Boniczek. I like him immediately. He was very friendly and explained things very well. After an examination, we decided that it would be beneficial to remove my four remaining teeth. Dr. Boniczek did the extraction yesterday. All went well. I now have a new upper denture. I will need to heal my lower gums for six months. My experience with Aspen was great. All the employees were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. I am going continue to use Aspen as my as my primary dentist. I would definitely recommend Aspen and there excellent staff and services.

You will NOT get a cleaning on your new-patient visit! However, they dont tell you that during the ten minute phone call to get scheduled! You will need to schedule a 2nd appointment for a cleaning if you are a new patient. As long as you know this, you will be fine. The Xrays are fast. The staff is friendly. However they are slow and you will wait a long time. They are like retail dentistry who has fewer staff onsite than they need. I waited 30min in the exam room just for the dentist to review my teeth and xrays in under 5 minutes.. During that time I could have had a cleaning, but instead I was sitting there with people walking past the door for 30min without anyone even checking in or acknowledging me until I asked if they had forgotten me. PRO- clean facility and new equipment. There are tvs in the exam rooms, because they know youll be waiting so long. However, the tv wouldnt change from the political channel it was on so I turned it off. CON- Lack of communication during scheduling. Long waits. Lack of cleaning on any visit. If you arent going in for repairs of something, they should expect everyone wants a cleaning. Thats why people go ever 6 months.

Walking into this Aspen Dental is like walking into the twilight zone. They treat you like an inconvenience. I sat waiting in the chair for 30 minutes. The doctor was so rude and SO arrogant. At first I was mad about how unbearably arrogant he was, but now I just feel sorry for him and the miserable life he must lead. The office manager explained NOTHING to me, ran my credit without even telling me, then handed me the financing company brochure and told me not to contact the dentist office with any billing questions and to call the financing company only. The whole experience was so bizarre! Also, its very scammy. They dont work with you on scheduling your appointments so that your insurance will cover it. In fact, the doctor told me if I want to do that then I can find another place to go and they only work with people who care about their teeth. Its so weird! What kind of psychopath treats people that way? Why does the doctor think he is Gods gift to the world? I would absolutely never recommend this place. There are so many other places you can go.

At my appointment a few weeks ago I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes before being seen. I was taken back for X-rays and then seated in the chair. I waited another 15 minutes to see the doctor for 5. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes just to schedule my next appointment to actually get anything done! I was there for an hour just to be told I had two cracked fillings, which was why I was making the appointment in the first place. I thought I was going to get at least one fixed that day. So for my next appointment I showed up 5 minutes late, knowing I spent 30 minutes in the waiting room before. I sat in the waiting room almost 10 minutes before they came out to tell me they wouldnt be able to fit my cleaning in because I was too late. Seriously? The doctor is nice and fills my cavities quickly but the scheduling/waiting is out of control.

I originally went to Aspen for a aching tooth. After the x-rays, I was told that my bone structure had disintegrated. This was not a surprise since I had already had a permanent and partial bridge due to Type 1 diabetes. After my consultation it was decided I would need to get full dentures. I am not at the age that I would expect this nor did I want this to happen. The staff was very understanding and outlined the facts that made the procedure, while still upsetting, acceptable. I proceeded with the extractions and now have temporary dentures until my permanent ones are put into place. Physically and emotionally this has been hard but the staff at Aspen have gone out of their way to make me comfortable and secure with my new smile. I highly recommend this office.
