LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Rudd and his staff! I have bad memories as a kid of painful novocaine shots and fillings and a doctor who told me to "tough it up, kid!" Dr. Rudd has been very patient (and funny) about my "issues." While I still dont like having cavities filled (or crowns put on), I feel much better about going in regularly to get my teeth cleaned - and even look forward to it. My most recent visit was a teeth cleaning and it went really fast with excellent results. I love now that their files of my xrays and visits are digital, and also that their reminder service includes email and text. I recommended my husband to go here and he really likes it here, too. Dr. Rudd is a great dentist - I highly recommend him!

I have been going to Eagan Family Dentistry since I was about 3 or 4 years old! I Dr. Rudd and his staff are practically family! I would advise anyone and EVERYONE to go here. The atmosphere is amazing (recently remodeled) and the staff is so awesome! this is beyond the best Dentist in the State and I would even push to say the U.S give or take its the only one Ive ever been too. I have had everything from cavities, fillings, teeth removed, etc..... If you are nervous about going to the dentist trust Eagan Family Dentistry they will make it worth it!

I was one of those people that hated going to the dentist. I didnt go for 7 years due to bad past dentist in my life. In a panic I needed to get into the dentist because I had a broken tooth. Dr. Hilo got me in right away, it was a series of 3 appointments to get my crown made. We set up a treatment plan, and Ive had my cleanings, fillings fixed. Services are fast and the staff here are very friendly and Im now no longer scared to go to the dentist. I reccommend everyone here that doesnt have a dentist and is nervous to go like I used to be.

I have never had a bad experience at this dental office. The staff is extremely friendly and greet me by name as soon as I walk in the door. The office is newly renovated and there is complementary coffee, tea and water. I usually grab a water and sit down with a magazine but never have time to read it because Im always called back to be worked on within 5 minutes of arriving! Dr Rud and Dr Hilo are the best and if I ever move out of Minnesota I would fly back to them for my appointment every six months. They are that good.

This is an efficient, professional, caring operation from the front desk to the doctors, Dr. Hilo and Dr. Rud . I have received wonderful care and thorough explanations of my care every time I have visited the clinic. It took me a long time to find the right dentist. My husband, my son and his family and my sister are patients. I would highly recommend Eagan Family Dentistry.

I drive four hours to go to this dentist because of the high quality. My teeth and gums are now healthy, Ive had crowns and bridges put in and removed, and now an implant. None of this would have been necessary if I had had this excellent dentistry earlier in my life. Dr. Rud is the best, most pain-free dentist Ive ever had. Cant praise him and the office staff highly enough.

Unfortunately I had some awful tooth pain over the weekend and had to call Dr. Hilo who was able to access through dialog as well as pulling up my dental records and x-rays remotely to troubleshoot my dental situation. I was able to get in first thing in the morning that Monday before normal office hours and was on my way to getting the problem resolved.

I have had a cleaning and cavity filling in the last couple of weeks and, as always, was super pleased with my experience. I continue to be impressed by the professionalism and warmth of this dental office. I have seen both Dr. Rud and Dr. Hilo, as well as most of the hygienists, and have never been disappointed! Great group of people.

Dr. Angela Hilo is the BEST!!! I do not live in Eagan - but the friendliness & professionalism make it worth the drive every time. My experience with 3 different hygienists has all been the same - very knowledgable with excellent service. Thank you Eagan Family Dentistry - I will be back in 6 months :-)

First time visitor but did not feel they cared much about getting to the cause of my problem. Was told there was nothing wrong with my teeth and no reason I should be in pain. I went to Denmark family Dental down the road the next day and was immediatly put in for a root canal. 100% pain free ever since

Dr. Rud was very nice and knowledgeable; however as a first time client I did not feel the front desk staff was particularly welcoming or friendly. I also felt that the push to have my SSN number just "in case" I might go to collections was not a great way to start a client/provider relationship.

I have been going to Dr. Rudd since I was a small child. Even in college and when I lived out of state I would still travel back for my dental visits at Eagan Family! The whole staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. They also have hilarious holiday cards :)

Dr. Hilo spent at least 20 minutes with me just answering questions which is more than my last two dentists spent with me in 5 years combined. My hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Overall wonderful experience- Im so glad we have switched to Eagan Family Dentistry.

This is a great office. The people in the office are very helpful and try to do whatever they can to make the experience as painless as possible. They treat thier patients with an enormous amount of respect and try to be as helpful as they can. Very positive attitude!

Ive been with this dentistry for years, probably 15 give or take and theyve forgotten my name. My braces do not hinder an excellent appointment and the conversations between dentist and patient are not silent. Eagan Family Dentistry does a fine job!

I had a routine cleaning with Britny and it was by far the most thorough cleaning I ever had. She took her time and was extremely detailed, informative and gentle. Dr. Hilo was great as well. I am grateful to find such a quality dentist group.

I have been going to Dr. Rudds clinic since the 90s. My brother, Dad, niece also go to him. The entire staff is fabulous and the clinic was recently updated and looks wonderful. I plan to go to this clinic as long as I live in MN.
