I highly recommend Lakeshore Family Dentistry. I am relatively new to the area and hadnt been to a dentist for about 3 years. A dental emergency brought me to Lakeshore (after considerable Internet research). First, from the office itself to the staff, everything and everybody makes you feel like family - from your first step into the office. Dr. Kron and Janice resolved my emergency, taking plenty of time to explain the procedures and review the X-rays. Dr. Kron has a very gentle touch - truly painless dentistry! My hygienist, Sue, is awesome - very gentle, makes extensive gum treatment almost enjoyable. Using a hand mirror to review the finished treatment, areas to focus on, and cleaning technique tips is absolutely wonderful! Makes me feel like a partner in my treatment, and inspires me to work harder and do that extra flossing, etc. Overall, if I had to pick a perfect dental practice, Lakeshore Family Dentistry would be the one.

My husband and I started trusting Lakeshore Dentistry over 15 years ago when we were first married. Since that time, our family has grown and The Lakeshore staff has taken care of all 4 of our children as well. We are very impressed that this clinic is able to function in a very efficient way and still have that small town feel that leaves you with a very strong sense of comfort. I am a busy mom and appreciate being able to schedule far in advance and I have even been accommodated if plans change and need to schedule last minute. In addition, with life getting in the way sometime- the reminder emails, texts and postcards help keep our family compliant with our dental visits. Lastly, I feel very well taken care of when I am there for a visit. The whole staff is welcoming. They are sure to add some tips and education at your visit so that you are empowered to make some good changes at home. I always appreciate learning something new!

My family & I recently became new patients at this office. I was very impressed with the office as a whole. Honestly the most welcoming office Ive ever visited in any healthcare setting. From the time I entered the door until I left, it was so pleasant. I was at my last dentist for over 10yrs, I never realized what I was missing until I witnessed it with Dr. Ross. I learned & discovered things about my teeth I had felt for years & never knew why or what it was about. He took his time & gave me the most thorough exam Id ever had, explaining & showing me what he saw. My 6yr old son, really enjoyed him also. He made him feel comfortable & laughed with him during his treatment. I really appreciated that he cared to make my son feel safe & at ease even during his fillings & an extraction. I couldnt say enough nice things about this office. Your in great hands!

I have been searching for a dentist office that I felt comfortable with. Its been over 3 years and I have neglected my teeth because I havent found a place, until now. I love this office. I was referred here by my boyfriends Mom. She has been coming here for years and now I know why. For the initial visit the Doctor (I had Dr. Ross) sits Dow with you at a desk to discuss what your concerns are and what you would like from them. I was initially uncertain about the approach, but soon felt like they were truly concerned about my well being. At my next visit I had my cleaning with Sharon. She was also concerned about me, how I cleaned my teeth and how can she help me. I would totally recommend this place to anybody. They are great and honestly put you and your concerns first. Thank you guys for making me feel like you have my best interest in mind.

I am a new patient at lakeshore, and I have had a great experience so far. I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years and came in for X rays, cleaning, and had to get some fillings. Katie at the front desk was incredibly helpful with figuring out my new insurance and how much it would cost. My cleaning (Sue?) was great... Gentle, friendly, thorough, and made me leave with a smile on my face even though I needed to get some fillings. Dr. Ross and his assistants walked me through what fillings needed to be done on my teeth and made sure any of my questions were answered. He really takes the time to get to know his patients, so you feel like more than just a set of teeth. No one wants to have dental work done but they will make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone. I look forward to my cleanings twice a year!

I call LFD my home! When I step in the door I am welcomed as if I am a part of their family!!! I love that about the entire staff and the doctors! I can trust coming here as these people are not only real but they are people of integrity! A quality that keeps me coming back here year after year. As a retired dental hygienist I appreciate the up to date technology they use. A big plus is having a dental team that regularly seeks education for the most current dental practices and passes that forward to me ... showing they care about my long term dental health. There arent enough stars to check for LFDs excellence ... on so many levels!!!

Was really impressed with how much time they spent getting to know me and my concerns. They were very informative and took care with my sensitive gums while cleaning. It was a nice surprise to get a free electric toothbrush as a new patient! Ive always wanted one but never wanted to spend the money on it. My 13 yr old son was not as impressed, unfortunately. He thought the hygienist was too rough and kept scrapping his gums. I do know he doesnt brush twice a day like he should so some of it is his fault. We will still be going back though with a note to the next hygienist to maybe not be so rough on his gums.

I have been a patient of Lakeshore Family Dentistry since its beginning. Dr. Wright came to WBL initially and was located above the old WBL Bank building.in downtown WBL. I stayed with him until his retirement and now see Dr. Jason Ross who took over Dr. Wrights patients. I have always received exceptional care and advice, I always look forward to my twice a year teeth cleaning with Sue and love when Janice pops her head in to say "hi" . Stephanie and the front office always make my visit pleasant, as well. If you are looking for GREAT dental care, call Lakeshore.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Ross and his staff are the best! The front office staff is very warm and welcoming when you first come in. The coffee is a bonus :) Dr. Ross is absolutely the best dentist that I have ever been to… period. He makes sure that everything is good, painless, and that you are happy before you leave. If you are looking for a new dentist, or just looking for a change… then I highly recommend Lakeshore Family Dentistry. Another bonus is Dr. Ross loves HOCKEY!

I have been going to Lakeshore Family Dentistry for over 27 years. When I first arrived, I hadnt gone to a dentist in a while. They didnt judge me, they were patient with me and just worked to get my teeth and mouth healthy again. Once healthy we continued to work together to keep them that way. I want to thank the all the staff at Lakeshore Family Dentistry for their great care all these years. I plan to be in their care for many more. I would recommend them to anyone.
