After a recent tour of a number of optical boutiques in the Greater Cleveland area, I am pleased to say Europtical comes out on top by far. The entirety of the staff is incredibly pleasant and friendly, and devoted to helping find the right style for you (not just simply whats trendy or best selling) with honest opinions to boot (while still being kind, of course). The space is comfortable and very well lit with modern finishes, and everything is clearly and cleanly displayed. In my case, I loved a frame, but a color that wasnt in stock - it was quickly ordered (from Spain!) with no issue, and it came to the store fast, and the glasses were made in a timely manner as well. Fit/finish/quality is top notch. For those with discerning tastes in eyewear and an interest in the best service from exam to the final fitting of your new glasses, Europitcal should be on the top of your list!

I just received excellent service at Europtical this week. They specifically chose frames for me to try, which fit the shape of my face. They can determine this without tools and in the office in less than a minute. This alleviates the need to try 100 pairs on before purchase. The frames I bought this week were incredible and might be the best frames I have ever purchased. While their prices may be high, I can guarantee you are buying quality. When I buy frames from them, they last years (5 years for my last pair). I absolutely would recommend Europtical as the best place to buy frames. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you!

This was an awful experience. First their prices are outrageous. They were charging $309 for a frame that had an MSRP of $224. Then the guy at helping with my order refused to write down the itemized price for my order. Finally after a quote of "just over $400" I said okay and he tallied the price and tried to get me to pay $495. Thats nearly $100 up charge just a few moments later. When I told him no he took all of the paperwork and said he was going to "shred it all." This was a total waste of time and a complete joke of a business.

His business partner is well – versed in the latest eyewear trends and offers expert guidance regarding what styles will suit one the best. In addition, his team is always so pleasant, and…if you could use a lift, they will make you a great cup of Joe!
