Two weeks ago, I did my consultation. The staff was friendly, professional, and very informative. Lauren and Kyle saw me first for some eye mesurements, than Dr. Petrov examined my eyes. All three of them answered to my questions, and took the time to explain to me details of what the surgery would be, advantages and disadvantages of PRQ and LASIK. Given that I was eligible for both, I chose the procedure with the least recovery time. Lauren called my pharmacy ordering the two prescription eye drops, and pick them up prior to heading to surgery. Two days ago I had LASIK, 10/30/15. The procedure was easier than I imagined. In less than 20 minutes, I had both eyes operated and I was already recovering. Painless! The flu vaccine hurts waaaaaaay more! The technology used in this surgery is amazing. Top of line! Dr. Chioban is great! He and his staff were talking to me during the procedure, what made it even more accommodating. They understand and empathize with patients fear. They got it! My eyes are very important to me, and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for. After the LASIK, my vision was cloudy. It is normal. I had two Tylenol ( before I felt any discomfort) and went to sleep. I slept through the night! I woke up with a 20/20 vision! Saturday morning I drove myself to LASIK Vision Institute for the follow up. I was the first to arrive, Dr. Petrov examined my eyes, recommended some preservative-free eye drops in vials, which I got over the counter at a local pharmacy. Saturday night, I went to a Halloween party... Back to normal life! There was some glare on Saturday night, by Sunday night it was gone. The next follow up is in two weeks. I will keep sharing the process so you can also be free of glasses and contacts forever. Follow:up from November check up visit. My eyes still found great! Vision 20/20. Dryness is about gone, and I think the eye pug is doing its trick. The staff at the Polaris office is still great! I recommend LASIK Vision Institute in Polaris!

I had my surgery and consultation in 2008. I still highly recommend this location to everyone. At the time, I didnt live in Columbus so I scheduled my consultation one month and the surgery the next month. Then entire experience made me feel so much better about what I was about to do. During the consultation I was educated on my eyes, why some people are not good candidates and some are, and the entire procedure including the after care. Going in, I was very scared, but everything I was told made me feel assured that Id picked the right place. I liked this location because everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. After I came back for the actual procedure, there were many people coming in. One woman in particular was so scared that she started crying and I was right after her in line to get mine. The person ahead of her came out and was so happy that they could see. The woman stopped crying, went inside, came out, and was crying tears of joy. She said the doctor and the staff inside were just as nice and caring as the rest of the staff and she could see! By then I was more excited than scared. I had the option to have the blinds open to people could see me getting my procedure done. I chose to have them open so my then 4 year old daughter could see me. It was so quick. Years later I can still see fine. I go to the eye doctor annually to check the health of my eyes and they say they look great. One thing I like about this place is I have free checkups. I definitely and highly recommend Lasik Vision Institute.

Here for a free consultation. Including directions that were provided to us in our confirmation email as the GPS routing wasnt clear once we got close. The office is on the 3rd floor in suite 325. Directions: We are located on the North side of Polaris Parkway, just off the Cleveland Avenue/Westgreen Lane intersection. We are in the Huntington/Quick Solutions building on the East side of a business park, next to the JP Morgan building. It is a 5 storey brick and glass building with parking in front and back.

The staff is great. They are kind and professional. Most if not all of the staff has had Lasik themselves which helps them be very specific when explaining what to expect. The doctor was also very good. Also, when you make an appointment, you dont wait around too long. They manage their time well.
