Optometrist was very nice and knowledgeable, and store staff was friendly. However, do not expect quality work on eyeglasses or leaving with any interest in a second visit. My prescription had changed slightly, so I planned to forego getting new glasses. However, Vision Works upsold me on getting new lenses for my frames. I agreed and dropped off my glasses. They promptly called me when they were ready and I tried them on, they put them in the case for me and I took them home. The next day, I notice my frames no longer fold or unfold properly. I bring them in and they told me they had broken, and there was nothing they could do. I would have tobuy new frames and they would recut me new lenses. Since I needed working glasses, I reluctantly agreed. I have now spent almost $200 [out of pocket]. Then I asked where my old lenses were. They told me that since I didnt request them at time of pickup [they never asked] they disposed of them that day. I asked about the new lenses they had cut for my old frames, which were just sitting there, (likely to be disposed of). They told me that I could absolutely have those... ...for an extra $60. So I walked out. I now have new lenses I never actually needed, new [cheaper] frames, $200 less, and zero intent to ever return. Thanks, Vision Works!

I would not recommend going here. The staff is really friendly, but i have had nothing but problems. I first went there a year a go. Ehen i arrived, they did not have me scheduled. The regular doctor was out of the iffuce due to health problems and they canceled all of his appts without calling to let me know. They squeezed me in with the dr that was filling in for him. The dr seemed to know what he was doing but my new contact prescription was totally wrong. I told him they were blurry but he said it was because the new lenses were for astigmatism and I had to get use to them. The regular dr came back, re-exammed me and gave me the right prescription. After getting the right prescription, i had them order me a years worth of contacts. When my order came in it was wrong. Now it is a year later and again i am gaving nothing but problems. The website is dysfunctional but its cheaper than going through the store (which doesnt make sense) and the discount card i was talked into buying only applied to my first purchse. Its called a "a contact lense program" and it gave me $5 off my first purchse.

The best customer service ever! I wanted to make sure that Tonya (I forgot the name, but shes the general manager) is appreciated. I had my new pair eyeglasses a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, I dropped it and it had scratches! I was devastated, thinking that Ill live with it. I went to the store the next day, and Tonya provided a replacement of my eyeglasses and the frames for free! What a relief! Great customer service and warranty!

Told me I would have my glasses in 2 weeks. Called them 3 days early just to see if they came in early (which was has happened with everywhere else I have gone). They told no they will be here on the the original date I asked. Go in on the day they where supposed to be in not there told in 10 more days. Guy at the store told me he would call me when he was done with his current customer and here I am no phone call no glasses.

The doctor is extremely nice and knowledgable. They did me the most comprehensive eye exams I have ever received in no more than one hour and get me a pair of good glasses after another one hour. After that they give me a huge discount on the costs. They charge me a little more than 300 for all the exams and glasses while previously I was charged more than 400 for just a very similar pair of glasses with a prescription!

Great staff. Eye exam Dec 2014 went a little slow as we encountered equipment we had never used before but the staff was EXTREMELY patient with us. Six months later, we are making weekly trips in to get my husbands glasses adjusted because he falls asleep with them on. I appreciate how they always greet us cheerfully.

This place has amazing customer service, every time I go in I am always greeted and welcomed in. The optometrist is very friendly and knowledgable. They always have great deals thats makes the glasses very affordable for me! I would come here over and over again for my eyewear needs!

I was happy the first 2 times I went there and the Drs are great but the staff adjusts the price based on their daily need I think. Everytime Im there with insurance its a different quoted price for the same services. I will not be back.
