While the exam experience and appointment booking experience was good, once we ordered glasses, we were told they dont use the in network provider for materials so we just had to pay their prices without insurance benefits which would have cost us 300% more than an provide that is IN network for BOTH the exam AND the materials. This was after I specifically asked if they were IN NETWORK provider and two fitting appointments. Then acted as if it was my problem for expressing an opportunity to have handled this differently. All future family appointments cancelled. This felt Sneaky and like they were doing me a favor by seeing us. NO THANKS! Be upfront in your practices, disclosing prior to appointments and you will have a different end result. Unfortunate waste of time for all!

Dr. Falcon is not only an excellent Dr. but a phenomenal human being! I find it difficult to believe that her office would dupe anyone like one of the former post has stated. My family has been going to Dr. Falcon since she opened up for business. She has performed thorough exams for all my family and sometimes for FREE! Who does anything for free in this day and age! The entire staff is professional plus kind and caring! I have recommended many friends and family to her office and everyone agrees that we have not had the kind of care and professionalism received from that office. Simply put, they are the best. Dr. Falcon is wonderful. She saw me on her day off, within 15 minutes of me calling. Her staff is really great and they always help me find the right frames for my face and for my daughter. Never found going to the eye Doc pleasant before, now I look forward to it. And, I have never seen better. My RX is perfect. Cant believe the difference she has made for me. Thanks Dr. Falcon!

This was the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist! Everything moved quickly, from getting my appointment, to picking up my PERFECT new glasses. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of frames. Would recommend to anyone!!
