My family and I have been seeing Doctor Peirce for over 5 years. If youre looking for an OD that will get you in and out in 15 minutes, this is not the place. If on the other hand, you wish to have a very thorough evaluation of the health of your eyes and exploring all your options for superior vision and comfort, this is definately the place to be seen. Dr. Peirce has never rushed an appointment and I feel completely confident in the diagonsis or treatment upon leaving. He will also go out of his way to help you with insurance to see if they will cover more expensive options if he feels it would be of benefit. GREAT OD, I would not see anyone else.

Ive been going to an eye doctor for vision correction for over 43 years. Ive had a few places that I went back to a few times, but have NEVER had an experience like the one at Dr. Peirces. I was seen immediately when I came in, and had the most thorough visit in all of those 43 years. Dr. Peirce is warm and personable, and took the time to answer every single question I had and to educate me. I felt completely comfortable and reassured. I thrilled to have found this office, and will be taking my family there as well.

As always, my experience at South Hills Family Eye Care was great! Dr. Peirce is very thorough and takes his time explaining your vision to you. He has great technology in his office and spends most of the appointment with you, which is great. His office staff (Kayla) was wonderful and very knowledgeable and was able to get my insurance information quickly and explain it to me. The frame selection just keeps growing and there were lots to choose from! Making it harder, but more fun to choose. Thanks Dr P!

I absolutely love going here! Best experience ever with a optometrist. Dr. Pierce is like that cool uncle you dont see all the time, but you get excited when you do get to see him. I felt like everyone here truly cared about me which made this experience even better. Brittney even took the time to help me find the object glasses for me, which was a time consuming and difficult task. I highly recommend going here, needs you hate happiness and good service. :)

I have been looking for a really good O.D. for awhile and finally found Dr. Peirce at South Hills Family Eye care. I am a pilot, so my eyes are VERY important to me and my livelyhood. Dr. Peirce gave me a very thorough eye exam, explained everything to me and worked hard to get me the best prescription possible. In addition to being a great O.D., Dr Peirce is also a very positive person, passionate about his work and makes eye exams a great overall experience.

Dr Peirce and the office staff were so personable with my 8 year old daughter. Dr Peirce even came out and looked at frames with her and made it a fun experience for her. The exam was as thorough as any Ive ever had with my ophthalmologist, and Ive been going to one of those for over 40 years! They were also really good about checking the different programs we may be eligible for to get us the best deal. I was very impressed and will be returning!

Dr. Peirce was great with my 8yo during her first eye appointment. I think she actually had fun getting an eye exam. There was a little bit of a long wait for the appointment, but then he spent a lot of time with my daughter explaining things and showing us different options in eye wear. Update: 2 years later and now two of my kids go to Dr Peirce. Hes so great with them. Hes enthusiastic and makes it really fun for them to go to the eye Dr.

Dr. Peirce and his entire staff are amazing and friendly! I highly recommend them to you and yours. They even chose my glasses for me, that there is NOT an easy task. But seriously, their professionalism and lack of fear to escalate a case, like mine, to a limited specialty Dr, after doing each and EVERYTHING he could, said A LOT! Thanks for assisting, in saving the sight in my right eye! Forever grateful!

Took my nervous 8 yrs old to get new glasses. the staff was very polite and helpful. Dr Peirce was super nice and made my daughter feel comfortable, he took the time to get to know her and make sure he got her RX correct and even came out and looked at glasses with her. I recommended this office to my mom and she loved it as much as I did. will definitely be going back for all our vision needs.

Ive never seen anyone get so excited about eyes! Dr. Pierce always does SUCH a great job--his exams are very thorough and he explains every detail complete with high-tech visuals..plus hes just a lot of fun. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond for us many times. Our family loves being patients and we highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Peirce and his staff are always so kind, friendly and helpful. I switched to him from another Draper optometrist because they carried a wide variety of affordable frames (something I couldnt find at any other office in the area). My husband also really appreciates that they use new, state of the art technology. Well never even consider going anywhere else!

THEY ARE AWESOME and very personable. Dr. Pierce is the best eye Dr. I have ever had and I have had a lot. All previous doctors were incompetent and I had to go back 3-4 times every check up because they got something wrong, but now I can stay in one place. He takes the time needed for every patient to get the treatment needed.

I cant say too much good about how Dr. Pierce has treated me and my wife. He has also done a fine job in training his staff to also provide great service. We appreciate this.

The doctor was incredibly personable, gave me great advice, took the time to explain to me what was going on in my eyes and show me images, and even helped me pick out some glasses!
