Worst front office staff ever. They labeled my six month supply of contacts incorrectly which caused an infection in both eyes. I tried to get an appointment to have doctor look at them - he was booked. When i spoke with the Dr.directly, he wanted nothing to do with it and basically said, "oh well." This was after 2 visits to Pearl Vision and RX eyedrops that are around $70 a pop with insurance. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life but more importantly, from a physician. He was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional and couldve cared less that i was less than satisfied with his lack of professionalism. I would also like to say I have been an employee of Mayo Clinic for over 5 years and now understand why our entity is so highly respected.

I was extremely impressed with the throughness, caring and professionalism of the Precision eyecare staff, and especially Dr. Checroun. He went way above normal expections with the exam and detailed diagnosis. The front office staff was friendly and helpfyl and very personable. No problem taking my insurance: medicare and supplement.
