Cignas net worth is about $54 Billion. Being a certified Medical Assistant I was taught about cleanliness & they always stressed that in school; however when I go back to the waiting room it does not show that. Everything about the Cigna building is old, we are in 2016 & should be remodeled..Dirty walls with black marks, dirty floors that need to be replaced..cleaning wont save it. On the other hand Im always on time but wait in the lobby for 1 hour plus while Im in the back room. I shouldnt have to spend 2 hrs at the DRs office after a looong day of work. I think that some of the MAs here have lost their customer service skills, sadly to say. If theres no passion for your career, your in the wrong field.

Terrible terrible !! My wife has a condition and was in pain. Called to be seen and no openings for over a week !! Yolly the front desk rep would not transfer nurse on line to give advise, and she said Yes call 911 " if you feel like its an emergency!! Major Decline in service !!!
