First let me say, I did NOT SEE THE dentist, so I have no idea of his Professional ratings from a patient standpoint. My 1 star is the frustration of scheduling. My long term dentist moved to Rockford. I needed a local dentist for my daughter and I. So I scheduled an appointment for her, and then one for myself in June of 2016. The day before my June appointment I received the standard confirmation of appointment call, which I spoke to the caller from the office and confirmed. Next day, I left work early, showed up to the dental office only to find I was taken off the schedule for the day and the staff had no time to see me. The following day the Office Manager called and apologized for the messed up appointment. I thought OK, it happens. so, I told the manager I would call the following week to try again. so, I did. Today, 7/5, was SUPPOSED to have been my 6PM re-scheduled appointment. I called this morning as I had to cancel my appointment only to find AGAIN I am not on the schedule. They DID still have my daughters appointment for August, which I made at the SAME time as my appointment for today, but they did AGAIN, not have my appointment for today. So, I cancelled my daughters appointment and will find another dental office. Again, please keep in mind, this rating is office organization only, not the dentist as I never got to see him. Were done!

Schaumburg Dental Salon literally "sucks". I called 3 months ago and scheduled an appointment, gave them all my information and asked if they took my insurance and I was told "YES" - 3 days before my appointment I get a call saying they do NOT accept my insurance - which has now screwed me with getting an appointment with my former dentist anytime soon. Thanks for your inept unprofessional behavior!!!

Extremely satisfied. After going through an awful situation with a previous dentist, advanced dentistry took me in on an emergency basis. They prescribed me meds, fixed what the other doctor messed up and even set me up on a payment plan since my insurance was still on a waiting period. Everybody in this office is so nice, its very clean and organized and Dr. Klemma, you da man!!!!

I found the staff at Advanced Dentistry to be not only very friendly but truly professional in every way and with a sense of caring. I had an dental emergency and they took me in within hours and did not waste time fixing the problem. An overall very good experience and I felt very comfortable there. I will continue to have my dental work done there and would highly recommend them.

Ive been going to Advanced Dentistry for over 20 years and the rest of my family has been there longer! Great staff, very accommodating and really helpful when it comes to payment plans, etc. if you do not have great dental insurance. I highly recommend them!
