This place is horrible they tell you to write the name of your love one, on everything yet everything disappears so why bother. Theyve got 1 person to take care of 20 patients and when you seek their help all you ever hear is I"m doing something else right now your going to have to wait. I cant say much for fear of retaliations against my love one . Theyve already done it to another patient when I tried helping him/her. I cant tell how extreme they take it. I was warned by several patients and I didnt believe it . Something out of the movies. See pictures --- this what my love one and friend eat now

In the almost 25 years ever since i was little not much has changed there this place is make the city morgue feel like home my late uncle was here & he had everything you can think of from A to Z BED SORES NEGLECT ABUSE MULTIPLE STROKES WITHOUT CARE & the list goes on & on DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND your loved one here & not even my mom wouldnt even touch this place with A TEN FOOT YARDSTICK thanks for making my uncle die faster without this care he would be alive much longer thank god my grandmother got him out & this was in 1995

Vista Hills is amazing everyone is caring and really trys to assist familys. They treat residents like family providing daily activities and support for all residents. The nursing staff is always helpful and willing to answer questions. Its a home away from home.

Terrible, the staff isnt responsive and theres no way residents can communicate with loved ones without a personnel cell phone. Space is limited and miserable, smells like urine.

its a terrible to work there, they dont get the proper care.they just want your money and they get what they want. i worked there and it was a very horrible experince.

Finally access to a computer! Someone send help! The damn nurse always takes my tapioka pudding. I miss the good old days with Hitler and Reagan.
