Concern for patient safety... After telling the doctor Ive had swollen lymph nodes and a swollen throat for 15 years she didnt even look in my mouth. She actually never even went through a complete history with me. Her "physical exam" consisted of listening to my heart and lungs briefly- although none of my complaints had anything to do with these organs. She was out of the room before I could even stop her- and then they just said to "follow-up in a year". A year?? The issues I went there for werent even addressed. I then was told that the doctor or manager would call me to answer my questions- after 2 weeks of continued calling, my patience ran out along with the professionalism I experienced at this place. Thankfully, I was finally pushed through to management and they said they would send me my labs in the mail, which I will now use and go see someone else (I will update if I get them). As a medical provider myself, I have never seen such a poor execution of healthcare. I am embarrassed for them.

The facility is nice enough, but the people who work here are miserable. Even the students in training cant be bothered to smile. The doctors have terrible attitudes and just treat you like a number. They dont care if they help you they just want to spend less than ten minutes diagnosing problems and not listen to the patients at all. They didnt even bother to get my pharmacy right and I wrote it down for them! The doctors dont know how to deal with anything more than minor colds and childrens issues. If they could do any one thing to make their ratings go up it could be to actually be positive happy people. If you hate your life so much you cant smile then you seriously need to rethink your career in medicine.

we were running late because of the traffic so we called them and they said ok. Upon arrival, they told us they cant accomodate us because were late. After traveling 40mins they just sent us away without even considering how far weve traveled. they even told us they cant accomodate us because they are running behind. seriously people? MCPN should look at who they employ to man the front desk. They are so rude and inconsiderate!! im never coming back to that place

I dont think this place deserves a star. The worst place to come to see a Dr. Was rushed out by the employees. Didnt fill out paperwork before called to the back. The Doctor kept interrupting me and it felt like I wasnt being heard. I got referred to a imaging center they didnt even put the right info or even the doctors name on the referral. Worst place to come.

Always feel rushed out with out getting answers. I have been trying to get my Dr to call in my refills for 4 weeks know. Now suffering from it. Stomach and asthma meds. Cant even get through to leave a mssg for the nurse. So frustrated. Update. Still cant get my stomach meds because they cant get the pre-authorization done right.

I have been trying to get my doctor here and the nurses to call in my preauthorization to get my epipens refilled. I even have gone in for an appointment 3 weeks ago just for that. They still have yet to send it in. Im highly allergic to peanuts and treenuts. So I guess they dont care if I die. So frustrating!

Horrible you dont get to see the same dr everytime they almost killed me putting me on blood pressure pills and not having me follow up didnt have me keep record never get any test results the MCPN suck.

Called in to make an appointment and the receptionist was rude she supposedly made me one and when I show up for my so so called " appointment " there never was a record of her making it. Im so mad

The doctors and staff are great. Had better care then when I was with Kaiser. The Obgyn staff helped me from 10 on they were so kind. I love this place the people are great.
