I came in 3 weeks ago and waited in the lobby for almost an hour after my appt time and they didnt call me in. I decided to to reschedule for another day. When I came in they told me my doctor was not here. Why would they schedule me for that day if they knew my doctor would be on vacation? The nurses and doctors are great but the 2 younger girls and the gentleman at the end of the day at the front desk are always gossiping about the nurses, barely pay attention to the customers, and have an attitude problem when you ask simple questions. They are condescending and look at you like if youre stupid for asking anything. It happens every single time and Ive noticed they do it to almost every patient. If their front desk personnel was replaced, this would be a top notch place to visit.

I did blood work on me and my 2 kids and they insisted I had to take my kids in with me which they were minors to read them the blood work just for they can charge extra for doctor visits I didnt pay and wont there crooked. Also was told all blood work was good and told me I didnt have take medicine then told me later when I went in for arm why didnt I take medicine then when I left they still didnt give me medicine I needed so I went back to sun city medical

This Doctors office is awful! My wife and I have had terrible experiences here and will not be returning. We really hope no one else has to go through what we have. Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool and they dont do a good job at trying to retain their patients or treat them with respect. We pay for their services, but they make you feel like they re doing you a favor. Good luck to you if you visit this office.

Just bad! If I could I would give them -5. Scheduled an appointment for 1:15pm wasnt seen until 3pm!!! Staff and Doctor completly unapologetic. Doctor said, "all doctors do that" and "it will happen again." In addition to that, the Doctor didnt seem experienced with my sons diagnosis. I had to walk out because he made no sense. Complete waste of my time and money. I suggest staying away!

Mr. Rogers is by far the best I have ever seen! When he walks in the room he is so welcoming and friendly. I dont think any other can compare to him! I get very nervous to go to the doctors office, no matter the situation. He makes you feel like a old friend has just walked through the door.
