The worst experience of my life! Our normal vet was closed and I had to get our pup in for an emergency visit. Shes a rescue with a history of abuse, so I know shes skiddish. I brought treats along and asked that they slowly approach her and give her a few treats to win her trust. Something our vet taught us to do and works like a charm every time. This guy blew me off and went right for my dog. She growled and became defensive. I asked him to leave the room and get a muzzle. When he returned to the room with her muzzled, he picked her up by the collar, she deficated and urinated all over the place while HANGING from his arm while he was placing her on the table. He did the same thing when removing her from the exam table and she urinated again. It was horrible, shes not a vicious dog, just a dog with a history of abuse and was abused again in what should be a safe place. I do not recommend this vet to anyone! I wish I could rate this with 0 stars.

My Savannah is only alive because the Dr. and his amazing assistants really care and take the time to love and treat her illnesses. ....He is truly a dedicated and brilliant Veterinarian. ...caring and very affordable. ....Thank you for all you do to take care of my girls. ...especially after losing my husband. My grief is unbearable and I cant lose any of my furry family..... I have 3 dogs and a cat and they take care of all of them. They are all rescues...when you rescue older pets you dont know their medical history and so you start from scratch. .. but the Dr.takes the time and is so knowledgeable he figures out through only necessary tests what is the issue. I cant say enough about his staff...AMAZING! Caring and knowledgeable. ...do yourself a favor put your mind at ease. ...only go to Windermere Veterinary Services. ...

If you love your furry friends and want to give them high quality health care, Dr. Qasim and his staff is what you are looking for. I moved here 10 months ago with my cat Ciccia and she got an allergy to food. When I brought her to the clinic dr. Qasim immediately recognized her problem, gave her the right treatment and medications to go home with, and now she is a healthy beautiful princess♡♡♡ The staff and the doctor are very friendly and competent and this is what I was looking for my little furry girl! People that care about animals and do this for passion and love! I definetely recommend this clinic, the staff and Dr.Qasim as one of the best veterinary in the Orlando area :)

My dog Jojo loves Dr. Qasim. She always looks forward to the treats he keeps hidden in his cabinets in the rooms. We purchased one of his plans at the Dr Phillips location and it is good for both offices. Anytime we need to come in her office visit is free! This is great since she has skin issues we are constantly dealing with! Her annual vaccines bloodwork and unlimited nail trims are also included! I highly recommend this practice to everyone i know. :]

We cannot thank Dr Qasim enough. We thought we were going to have to say our goodbyes to our sweet kitty. It was Monday morning after the hurricane and we had no where to turn. Dr Qasim met us at the Windermere facility which had power. Took care of kitty and like magic our kitty came back to life. We cant thank him enough for putting on his Superman cape and saving kitty.

Great and friendly staff!! Dr. Q is so wonderful with our puppy. Fair prices and they have an annual puppy plan where you can save more money by paying for the plan in advance and then those services become included during your future visits. Best of all, the plan works at both - Windermere and Dr. Phillips locations!!

I just love Dr Q and staff!! We just moved here from out of state and cannot be happier with my doggies vet care here!! He pays attention to the details and offers annual vet plans to help keep costs lower. I am so glad we found such a wonderful Dr and office!
