Took my dog here in an emergency. He was diabetic and we went in and they determined his sugar was 28. The vet tryed to feed him food, proceeded to try different food. He was too out of it to stand up, let alone eat. My family and I were wondering why if his sugar was so low he wasnt given dextrose. Then he proceeded to have a grand mal seizure after waiting for thirty minues which my family and I had to watch while we yelled for help. Come to find out, the dextrose wasnt on site! We were told they had to "go across the street to the pharmacy" because the stuff was expired. Payed over five hundred for that. We had to take him to the emergency hospital and after multiple seizures, he had to be put down. It was not their fault he died but the whole expierence was completely unorganized and unprofessional. On a separate occasion, a few years ago, I brought my cat there. I knew she was not well and told them that if I have to put her down I will. Instead of doing that, they gave me three different things to buy and force down throat. That was over three hundred dollars for the visit. She died after another day and a half of suffering. I guess they wanted more money than the euthanasia would cost.

We recently made the full time move to Sanibel and have decided to stay with Coral Veterinary Clinic for the ongoing care of my mini schnauzer Jack. I started going there because of the convenience, I love not having to go off island. But after a few years of part-time care, I was really impressed with the level of care Jack receives. The doctors are very professional and competent, with an obvious abundance of experience. I am always on board with their recommendations for Jack. They are happy to explain why they think a certain treatment or vaccination is important. The staff is also very competent, and so friendly to Jack. He loves them all, and has no trouble going there for checkups or treatment. They are great about reminders, and very accommodating with our needs, such as requests for documents or emergency visits. I feel very relieved to know we have such a wonderful veterinary facility on the island, and they are available whenever I need them.

Absolutely hands down some of the most kind, animal loving, and brilliant people. I am brand new to FL, and had made an appointment with a totally different clinic, less than a mile away. I accidentally showed up at Coral Veterinary clinic, very confused. The front staff squeezed my poor puppy in, and insisted I stay, if my girl really didnt feel that well. The other vet happened to call just before I was called in at Coral, and were less than nice to me about my confusion. Made me feel good about my little mistake! I could not have been any happier speaking to their orthopedic vet. He is VERY knowledgeable and very gentle! To my delight they also treat exotics! I have snakes, Turtles, ferrets, rats, cats, dogs, and a few exotic birds including a red Lory. They carry food, medicine, and have the capability of caring for all of my Exotics. Im very excited to work with them in the future. Thanks again Coral Veterinary Clinic!!

Coral Veterinary Clinic has a very caring, knowledgeable Staff and Doctors. We took our dog in for some of his required shots and yearly physical. Dr. Braun was very thorough with the exam and answered all our questions. You can tell how much she cares for her "furry" patients as she is so gentle with them. We decided to have a dental done on our dog. Coral Vet provides you with a "worse case scenario" estimate of charges for a dental (worse case meaning extractions, gum disease, etc.) prior to doing any work on your pet so you have an idea of what the charges may be. Our dog needed a basic cleaning so the charges were so much lower than the "worse case". His teeth looks wonderful. They did a great job! Weve been to a few other vets in the area, but find Coral Veterinary Clinic being very professional and caring.

Ive been taking my pets here for over 20 years. It began with my cats until my husband developed a severe allergy to them. Now we have a Havanese dog and she is enjoying the same thorough, loving care from Dr. Andozola and his extremely competent team as my cats did for 18 years of feline care. If youre new to the area or just arent happy with your current vet, do your pet and yourself a favor and let Coral Veterinary Clinic handle all your pet care needs......I wouldnt even think about any other vet in Ft. Myers. And, by the way, if youre squeamish about boarding your pet, dont be. They will receive the best care. Whats better than to board your pet with your vet ??? (rhyme purely by accident....lolol)

I was given a recommendation for Coral Veterinary Clinic from a friend who also takes her pets there. WOW...I am so glad I listened!!!! I loved the fact that they have a separate building for cats since going to the vet isnt always a pleasant experience for kitties. Dr Andazola and his entire staff were so kind and welcoming to myself and my 3 kittens. They loved on them, held them, and played with them as though they were their own. They even gave us a toy to take home. I have had pets all my life and have been to many different vets over the years. I can honestly say that the staff at Coral Veterinary Clinic is the best Ive ever experienced!!!! I am so happy to have them to take care of my babies.

I have no complaints regarding Coral Vet Clinic, Im very happy with the services they provide, their availability, and the kindness and competency of the staff. I recently boarded my bunny at the CatNap Inn and was very pleased how she was treated and cared for and it was clean. It was the next best place to being home and I was confident she was in good hands while I was away. Even better is that Coral Vet Clinic has an exotics veterinarian who is experienced with rabbits so if any issues did arise she would have gotten the attention she needed. Im more than particular when it comes to pet care and Coral Vet Clinic has gained my trust and confidence which isnt easy to do.

I have been going to Coral Veterinary Clinic for a long time. The remodeled office is beautiful. I have always felt the doctors and staff have gone above and beyond. When we lost 2 of our girls (1 to cancer at age 9, and 1 passed away at home at age 11), they were very patient and understanding. We received flowers and sympathy cards, which I was very touched by. We have our 14 year old girl still with us, and shes still spunky as ever. We have also used them to board as well, and it always puts me at ease knowing shes in good hands while were away. I would highly recommend them as well as Top Dog Grooming they work with next door. Fantastic group of people!

I have two 14 year old yorkies who require a lot of medical attention. I could not say enough nice things about the doctors and staff at Coral Veterinary Clinic. The are kind, helpful and very knowledgable about conditions facing my old babies. My dogs have seen many of the doctors over the last few years and I could not be more pleased with their concern, professionalism, and their treatment . Their love for my pets is evident in the way they care for them, get them in for appointments when necessary right away, and return my calls.
