Ive always had a good experience here and feel that they genuinely care about my dog (even though she is a mean little thing and tries to bite them!). The receptionist is always kind and welcoming and the vets have resolved all health problems we have come in with, as well as given us good advice for improved weight, coat quality, oral care, etc. The office is clean and smells nice (which I cant say for other vets Ive been to in Ft Myers). They have also always provided itemized receipts for my pet insurance as well as annual wellness reports. If theres a service I dont want, they dont push it. I have had some big bills from them but cant say thats any different from other vets (thats why I have pet insurance!). I get vaccinations from other low cost options and theyve never given me a hard time about it. But if anything is wrong, I always bring her there because I trust them and its worth a little extra money.

Jennifer and Dr. Nichols have been wonderful with our dogs, one older and small the other younger and large. Both dogs actually look forward to their vet visits! As owners we appreciate the time the staff takes to explain what they are doing, to answer questions, and even to follow up with a phone call. Sanibel is lucky to have such high level care for our pets.

The docs answers ALL our questions and the techs genuinely care about their patients. It is great to have this business on Sanibel......supported by their larger practice in Ft Myers.
