Ive had a skin tag on my eyelid for a while. It really annoyed me - it was hard to put on make-up and I saw it every time I looked in the mirror. I wanted it gone, but am terrified of anyone doing anything around my eyes. I finally got my nerve up and went to Doctors Express to have it removed. My daughter teased me about how nervous I was...until Dr. Kwiat came in. He thoroughly explained everything that would happen and joked with me really calming my nerves. Before I knew it, it was over. He told me to expect some bruising as that happens when you work around the eye area - but, it never even bruised. I am so glad to have it gone & am so thankful to have someone really take their time with me and not just rush to get me back out the door. ..and then 2 weeks later, I somehow managed to jabbed my own nail into that same eye. We were moving in 3 days and I would be driving across country - what luck! But, I knew just where to go - especially because it was the weekend and my only other choice would have been the ER where I would have waited forever and I cant even imagine what the bill would have been. Once again, everyone was so incredibly nice. The doctor took such good care of me and calmed my nerves..again. My eye was healed before I had to start the long drive (so glad I didnt have to wait until Monday to be seen!) Doctors Express has taken such great care of me and my family on many occasions. I cannot recommend them enough!

I fell and banged my elbow so hard I thought it was broken. Im covered by Cigna through Baycare as my wife works for them. I called Cigna to find out who was "in network" and was pleased to find out that the Doctors Express was in. Ive come to find out that they accept most insurances. I went in on my lunch break and let the front desk staff know of my time constraints. I completed a short (thank goodness) intake form and was seen within minutes by a radiology tech. He asked a few questions and took my vitals. We immediately went into the x-ray room. and took two varying angles of my elbow. The tech showed me to an exam room across the hall and told me that the docter would be in shortly. In less than ten minuets the doctor came in with the good news that nothing was broken. All tolled I was there no more than twenty minutes and got exactly what I needed, fast confirmation regarding my condition. All three people, the front desk person, the tech and the doctor were professional, pleasant and proficient. Thank you Doctors Express for a job well done; especially as compared with my E.R. visits at the local hospitals.

Came in for a wound I had gotten the previous evening. I wasnt convinced stitches were needed but my partner was concerned. The 2 front desk nurses stated that I should receive stitches, so I paid $115 and filled out the paperwork. I get taken back to the doctor who looks at it and states that he wouldnt do stitches on it, he would just clean and wrap it (which I had already been doing). I politely declined the services, since I only came in in case I needed stitches, which I had been told I did by the front staff, but then told no by the doctor. I asked to be reimbursed for the visit since he did not provide the services I came in for and that I was told he would perform. They reimbursed me but stated they would still be submitting a claim to the insurance. "What for?" I asked. For the $2 bandaid he put on the wound since he made me take off my wrap and for some instructions he printed off Google. He then tried to push antibiotics in me even though it is not infected. All about the money at this place, very disappointed. Calling my insurance provider now. Dont get scammed by these guys.

On August 4, 2016, I visited the Drs. Express at 1500 McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater, FL. I was greeted by Dominique and Lisa who were at the front desk with warm and friendly smiles. They were very courteous and accommodating and was so appreciated. Then, I met Michelle who took me into the room and took my medical information, etc. She was also very friendly and thorough making me feel comfortable. Then, I met Dr. Kauzlarich who introduced himself and was very warm and cordial as well. I was so impressed with this office and their medical staff as you dont see such inviting, warm smiles who are so helpful!! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to find a walk-in clinic who is actually happy you came in and wants to help!! The office is very clean and well-kept too. Thank you, Drs Express for making my experience a great one! I will definitely be back! You all so deserve to be recognized for giving such great patient care and service! Sincerely, Pam Davis

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I contacted them over the phone in order to do some vaccination for immigration purposes. When I contacted them they told me around $200 over the phone. Once there they charged me $400. a total rip off ! I contacted other doctors and visited other ones before for a lot less in the same area. But I wanted to try a different DR look what it is ! I should have never change. Also they told me that the results will be ready in 48 hours. I went there it was not ready. Then gave them 48 more hours went there not ready. And they made me come there for nothing!!!! They are not nice, not courteous they seemed upset ! and when I asked a question it seemed to annoy them. I do not put a step there again !

I was very pleased with my experience at Doctors Express. The facility is extremely clean and modern. The wait is short and being able to actually see a doctor (versus a P.A. or nurse) and get x-rays done on premises really sets them apart from other walk-in facilities. Several months before I knew this place existed, I took my daughter to the E.R. for stitches to her chin. The visit cost me over $1,200. I thought that was outrageous. While at Doctors Express, I told them about my daughters stitches from months earlier and they told me it would have only been a couple hundred dollars and would be have completed by a doctor, not a nurse. I wont make the costly mistake again of going to an E.R. when I can go here.

Walked in and explained why I was coming in. Front desk lady was a bit sassy for my taste but I assumed she just finished with some one that might have been frustrating. Anyhow I was told "its going to be an hour and a half wait... And we close at 8" I respond with thats fine. As she repeated two more times after that if I stay its going to be a wait. Once again thats fine. I sat down and 2 minutes later I was told that I should come back in the morning since the doctor has been here all day and she does not know what procedures I might need to be done. A bit annoying but its fine. Lost my service. Organize better, and if youre not willing to stay later and your the doctor Im glad I missed out.
