This place is horrible! 5 hour wait time from the time I got there til the time I left. The doctor keeps telling me I have cancer ( no way she knows that by looking at me ) she refuses to give me referrals. She also always gives me a hard time about refilling my medications and its not like its anything major. To top it off you dont get to speak with anyone there at the office when you call, instead you get directed to a 800 number and they make your appointments there. Hence the reason they are always over booked, causing the wait time to be as long as it is. I personally dont recommend this place.

The doctors are amazing they take great care of you while they see you. Only problem is the wait time you have to wait about 2hrs or more while being there; and they are way over booked the earliest you can get an appointment is either a month or 2s wait. So that sucks if you have a 1 month follow up and miss it then the doctor cant see you for 3 months. They were supposed to check you out and see if the medicine they gave you is working. UGH

Two stars and that is only because i like the doctors they are great.... BUT the wait time to see a doctor sucks you have to wait a hour after your appointment time before they even come see you.. and the phone service sucks because they want to have you wait forever before they can even answer the phone just to make an appointment nobody has enough time to wait on the phone for 30mins to set an appointment that only takes 3 secs to set up..

This place is horrible the staff in front are rude and dont try to help at all. If you have one question they answer it but with an attitude. The waiting time Is about 2 hours to see the doctor and when you do see the doctor its only for 5 minutes. Waiting to make an appointment on the phone also sucks. They make you wait for 1hr just to set up an appointment for 3 months of when you need it.

Dr.Frank is an amazing doctor with children of all ages!!!! This doctor should get some kind of reward for being who he is!!! I hope he never leaves us. Its hard to find a PHENOMENAL doctor!!!!!!!!

The care my kids recieved was excellent. I wasnt too crazy about the length of the wait, but we didnt have very many choices for our insurance.

The wait time is horrible to see a doctor. The pharmacy never returns your phone calls, an the wait time is horrible also. Hate this place!
