I actually finally look forward to going to the dentist. By the way, this is the first review I have ever written about a place, but definitely think it is worth it. The staff at Infinite Smiles are great and make you feel very comfortable. When you walk through the door there is a warm feeling and you are greeted right away. You are immediately taken to the back and there is never a wait time, which I love. Although you can tell the office is pretty busy, they do a great job of getting you in and out while making you feel like you are the only person there and all your cares and concerns are addressed. They also do a great job of getting you in right away for emergency appointments, which I have unfortunately needed. I love the fact that everything is explained to you before they do your dental procedure and the price of everything is known up front, instead of you getting an astronomical bill later on. The office is very modern and brightly colored and the music puts you right at ease. Dr. Brown is wonderful. She takes her time and talks to you in a simplistic, easy to understand manner. I know this office well, now that Dr. Brown has started doing six months smiles. I got my braces one month ago and love them!!! Although I cant wait to get them off, I know it will be worth it. She has had great results with this new system so far and its a lot shorter than regular braces, which is perfect for me. All in all, I really love this place and no longer feel scared or embarrassed to go to the dentist. Thanks Infinite Smiles for all you have done for me.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Brown and her entire team when I started going to Infinite Smiles Family Dentistry. The level of professionalism, expertise, accommodation, and knowledge they exhibit has made every visit a pleasant experience. When I had my deep cleaning, Dr. Brown explained the entire process to ensure that I was comfortable with the procedure. And when I felt compelled to ask 100 additional questions, she had no problem bringing out pamphlets, dental models, and even a video so I fully understood what the upcoming dental procedure sought to establish. During my deep cleaning, she was very conscious of my needs, and she would often ask if I needed anything. The BEST PART was that she had music (patients choice, of course) playing in the background the entire time. This turned an inherently uncomfortable procedure to the MOST relaxing part of my day. And I had ALL four quadrants done in one day, and I was warned beforehand by peers about the "pain and discomfort" I would experience, but it was actually a lovely experience. Perhaps it was the music, or the local anesthetics. Either way, Infinite Smiles provides the type of atmosphere that makes the usual uncomfortable procedure go a little bit nicer. :) I do have one, insignificant con...During my last appointment, they had Jerry springer-like show (or some other daytime talk show) playing in the lobby. It disrupted the aura a bit. :)

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Have been to several dentists over the years as weve moved around over the years, and this is the one and only bad experience Ive ever had. Soon after being called into the room, the dental assistant was trying to pressure me to buy a cosmetic procedure that I didnt need, and before the dentist even came in the room. The dentist herself checked my teeth for less than 30 seconds, did not actually examine me in any way. Then the dental assistant came back in the room to do my cleaning. They DO NOT have a certified dental hygienist so you know! The assistant didnt know how to use the cleaning tools which which she had on settings too fast and too slow that kept bouncing back and forth, and ended up tearing my gums which bled for over a half hour. Theres no doubt that any other dental practice would have been a much better choice. I dont write many reviews but people need to know that the employees of this practice cut corners and are subqualified if qualified at all. Dont believe their ratings because most of them are written by friends and family of the dentist. I am deeply disappointed and feel that Ive been scammed.

Ive never had teeth problems until my last dentist. The past year has been nothing but problems and I was in DESPRATE NEED of a new dentist. I did a lot of research and asked around. (Un)Fortunately for me, one day I was in so much pain that a colleague HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Dr. Brown. I called immediately. Mary answered the phone and was so professional and understanding. She talked to Dr. Brown and I was able to get an emergency appointment that day. The office is very clean, the staff is very welcoming and Dr. Brown is amazing. She took the time to listen to my concerns, investigated my problems, called and scheduled an appointment with an endodontist for a second opinion and clearly explained what our game plan was to get me through this painful phase. I felt completely confident in her skills and valued the fact that she was willing to consult with additional experts. She expressed genuine concern for my wellbeing and I’m so grateful that I finally found a dentist who patient care was their primary concern. It’s been a long year, but I finally feel like I’m on the right road to recovery and back to living a pain-free life.

This is the most professional place, with the sweetest and most awesome customer service Ive ever had at a Dental place. On my 1st visit I received a tour, including knowledge of Dr. Browns credentials. Everyone smiled and looked vibrant and stunning to be quite honest- you can tell there is a positive work environment in the office where excellence is taken seriously. Before doing work on me (a cleaning), they told me the state of my dental health and broke down the cost of the cleaning etc. Before my second visit, I called them and they reviewed with me again, what I was getting done, why and each detail of the costs and what my insurance did/did not cover. I feel like Im in excellent hands with them, like Im not being up charged on a bunch of stuff and that they want to give the best honest experience to build a relationship with you and your family for as long as you need a dentists in Houston! Ps. If you leave with your mouth numb like I did, theres a great drive through Smoothie place across the street! Car

I havent been to a dentist in years...I know its horrible. However, if all dentistry offices were like Dr. Browns, people would go far more often! This was a great experience for me and I will continue to visit her office, not just because I have but because I would definitely want to. The staff was wonderful, the ambiance is so warm and comforting. They have the latest in dental technology which is a welcomed improvement from the days of "open up and let me stick your gums and teeth with this sharp metal object!" Please take your families and refer your friends. One thing that I was sure to due was to ask everyone to smile! I wanted to look at everyones teeth and see for myself what kind of oral condition the staff themselves maintained and YES, YES, YES! The each had the most wonderful sets of pearly whites as your would imagine. This is a new kind of dentist and Im glad I am a patient. Keep it up Dr. Brown...you and your staff are raising the bar of oral care.
