WORST Service ever !! I visited this office 7/20/17 I was referred to by my Doctor. WORST DECISION EVER. EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE, LOUD, UNPROFESSIONAL && MOST IMPORTANTLY MISLEADING! I LEFT AFTER WAITING 1HR AND 20MINUTES OF SIGNING IN, I ARRIVED AROUND 3PM TO THE OFFICE SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM ONLY FOR THEM TO TURN ME AWAY. STATING THAT I SIGNED IN AFTER 3:30 WHICH WAS A LIE I HAD BEEN ON THE PHONE SINCE I SAT IN THE SEAT AND THE PHONE CALL WAS AT ABOUT 80 OR 90MINUTES OF TALK TIME THAT IS HOW I KNOW FOR SURE HOW LONG I WAS IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT . DIDNT ARGUE WITH THE TALL FAIRSKIN WOMEN WITH SHORT AFRO ( DONT KNOW HER NAME) JUST POLITELY GATHERED MY BELONGINGS AND LEFT THE BUILDING. IF THEY WOULD ACTUALLY HIRE A HUMAN BEING TO BE A RECEPTIONIST INSTEAD OF THIS LITTLE TABLET/IPAD TO SIGN GUEST IN MAYBE THEN THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT TIME GUEST ACTUALLY ARRIVE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE OR REFER ANYONE HERE. ITS SAD THAT 1 RUDE EMPLOYEE BRINGS A HORRIBLE LOOK, CONNENT AND NAME TO LOCATION BUT YOU CANT SINGLE OUT JUST 1 BECAUSE THEY AKL ARE A TEAM AND SHOULD BE WORKING TOGETHER TO BRING AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GUEST, IF 1 EMPLOYEE IS LIKE THAT THEN WHO KNOWS WHAT THE OTHERS ARE, THEY MAYBE JUST AS OR EVEN WORST.
Worst experience ever! From the moment I walked in, there were several people waiting in a little room. There was a waiting room next door with a TV that was empty. No concern of HIPPA privacy laws. Names of patients are not protected on the sign-up sheet. ID and drivers licenses are kept out in the open- in the lab hall for any one that passed by to see. Its dirty and smelly! There was disgusting carpet stains and the base boards were dirty. It doesnt seem like they have cleaned in months! There was a partially broken wood table that was not clean. The staff was not friendly and rude. I was taken to the back by Michelle, a very angry lady with a difficult accent. She was rude! After working in the medical setting for several years myself, I can assure you that she was acting very unprofessional and mishandling the specimen. I wouldnt be surprised if I would have to re-take the test. Really bad experience!I I will NEVER go back there!
OMG! I am so livid!!!!! What a terrible experience... last time going there. That black, light skin, skinny tall lady needs to take a chill pill. Shes rude, arrogant, uncaring, impatient, bossy, militant, shaking her head in a nasty facial expression, and making nasty facial gestures. Very uncalled for. How can you people putted a bully attitude type of person working in a place like this? The way she talks to those elderly people make me sick to my stomach, she has no patience to answer their questions and to clarify things for them, snatching papers from people? Wow! Got there at 8, had to get up so many times to figure out why my name was never called, and wide up leaving all the way at 10:45. The customer service is zero, and if there was another number lower than that, I would give it.
Juanita Salgados review was spot-on (I wish I had seen it before I went)! Ab-solutely horrible! I had made an appointment, showed up early, and decided to leave (20 mins after my appointment time) when I heard how a bunch of people (with appointments) in the (cramped and dirty) waiting room had been waiting for hours and hours. There was even a lady who had decided it was taking so long that she would leave, do grocery shopping, and come back- when she did, they still had not called her name. When I entered, no one greeted me and I had to assume what to do- the place was dirty, hot, and just sad - a TOTAL waste of time! I complained to Quest Corporate and they couldnt do anything for me.
(I wish zero stars was an option) I have been there twice and had to deal with extremely rude staff both times. Upon entering you are not greeted with a "hello" but more of a staff member just standing there with a dead glazed look on their face not acknowledging you in anyway until you sign in and that point they look annoyed you even bothered to show up to spend your money there. The people who check you in up front obviously did not get hired for any sort of people skills. They act as if the asking the smallest question is like pulling teeth. I will not be spending my money at this garbage location anymore and will look into other options. DO NOT COME HERE.
I had an appointment and had the paperwork for them to know what to test my blood for and I waited over an hour to be seen. When I finally got to the back they told me my paperwork was lost so I had to give them the information to my doctors office which was fine and they called me later to let me know they received the information from them. Well weeks later at my doctor appointment I am told they have no blood results and they assume they pretty much dumped my blood out!!!! This location is right by house but because the staff is rude and unprofessional and seem to not know what they are doing I will never go here or recommend this place!!
Extremely rude middle aged woman at the front desk. Kept calling me honey. Ask a question and you will get a smart ass answer. Will never go here again. Waited in a hot waiting room that looked like a government office, it was gross. The lab tech was courteous but the Woman at the front desk needs to go. Hippa laws are not in place, can read all patients checked in and waiting. Arrived ahead of my appointment and had to wait 50 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. AC was not working well, was a nasty place, will never use again.
This is the absolute WORSE Quest Diagnostics I have been to. I had an appointment at 2:45 and I have been here for an hour. Whenever someone asks a question the staff is rude and unprofessional. They act like they are doing YOU a favor when really they are doing the crappiest job possible. I only came here because its across the street from my job but I will NEVER come here again. And I will be calling corporate.
This mornings visit (at FUF) involved a UA/drugscreen that was not properly ordered by my doctors office. As a result, it took the combined effort of Nickeshia and Nancy her supervisor in order to make things right. Both Nickeshia and Nancy are an asset to your company. Both professional and each has outstanding customer service skill. Please recognize them for a job well done
like any sensible adult would do, I made an appointment online, and made sure to have all of the necessary information/documentation. I signed in upon arrival and within 10 minutes I was called back. The ladies were friendly and cordial. My total appointment took about 20 minutes. I will be using this location for all of my future routine appointments.
This diagnostic place is not the greatest came in for lab work, and the staff is not very friendly in trying to make you feel like you are their priority as their patient. The paperwork of my doctor order wasnt a smooth experience they made it difficult to me saying if you want this you need this and that. Mmmm maybe u will find another lab.
