My horrible experience with this office: My daughter recently visited this office and had her (4) wisdom teeth pulled. Her procedure was on Tuesday and half of her recovery went Well. The other two continued to give her problems until finally on Saturday we called the office and left a message for the doctor to call back. We didnt receive a call back and took our daughter to an InstaCare where they gave her antibiotics and some additional pain meds which had run out. They encouraged us to contact her dentist. On Sunday with still no improvement 3 additional messages were left for the doctor. This practice, luckily, has a Herriman office and we left a message at that location. THAT message was promptly returned. We explained our situation and she attempted to contact the office AND THE DOCTOR without success. The Hereiman office was able to meet us at their office on Sunday. Dr Fairbanks worked his magic and sent is home with supplies to last until she had her followup appointment with Dr Smith on Tuesday, one week after the initial procedure. Dr Smith continued his less than helpful service by telling my daughter that she should have called his office and suggesting that she was to blame for creating the conditions for the problems. Whether the problem is with the doctor or the office staff, our experience with the Millcreek office of Four Seasons Dental was and continues to be a complete disappointment. Our thanks to Dr Fairbanks at Herriman for picking up the slack of his "partner".

Dr. Smith is, in my opinion, an incredible dentist. We have gone to him for a number of years and his helpfulness and enthusiasm for us has not diminished. When my children complete either a routine cleaning, or receive dental work he will come out to the waiting room and chat with me about what was done, or happily share that they didnt have any cavities (which makes my kids smile - because they see his excitement that they did a great job). If anyone in my family has had a procedure done we can expect to get a phone call the next day to check up and make sure that they are feeling okay and to answer any questions that may have come up. We always - always leave his office with the feeling that we are welcome and that he truly cares.... His office staff are friendly and fun to work with. I would and do recommend Dr. Eric Smith to my friends and family. Try him, and you will not be disappointed.

I have been to 2 other Dentist in the last year and half. They were okay. They all told me i had 9+ Cavities, told me had to have a deep cleaning that cost me a lot. My husband boss told us about Dr.Smith and when Mikes Filling fell out a few weeks ago we had to go. We basically dont make an appt to dentist because we want to. Well, I was very surprised to find out we got an appt on Saturday, which is un-heard of. The Hygienist ( I think her name was Sunny) was amazing! I dont like a Hygienist that HURTS me. SHE WAS AMAZING! I almost fell asleep. My Husband did fall a sleep. he was getting a temp filling. We went in at 8am, I think we left at like 915 ish.. Just amazing!!! Love them!! Even better I only have 2 Cavities!

I love this office! I worked for Dr. Smith for several years and have since chosen another career path. However, of all the dentists I have since worked for and all the things I have come to experience- Dr. Smith is, without a doubt, the absolute BEST dentist I have EVER met. He does EXCELLENT work, he is upfront in all his treatment options and pricing, he genuinely cares about each and every patient, and he is an amazing listener. The staff makes it a point to keep the schedule on time so you dont waste your time in a waiting room. I literally have nothing bad to say about Dr. Smith, his associates, or his practice. They are all incredible. If you are in need of a new dentist, heres your sign. (:

I have been going to Dr. Eric Smith in SLC, UT for the past few years and live in California. I fly in to see my dentist. Yes, I travel to see him because I have never found a better dentist. I like the up to date technology and cutting edge methods he uses. Most of my other dentists in the past were more expensive and using old methods that just hurt my teeth and made it worse over time to save a buck. If your looking for an excellent family dentist or someone that also can do all the cosmetic complicated stuff, check out Dr. Smith in SLC, Utah. He is one of the best there is, his office and equipment is brand new and up to date and his staff are very friendly and experienced.

I am a dental lab owner in town and I have many dentist work with now. I can tell you that Eric Smith is one of the best one that we have here. Skillful and honest. I just did full mouth reconstruction for my father and 6 unit anterior bridges for my mother. Ask if you know any dental techincians, where they send their family for dental work done. They will tell you the best ones. Believe me there are tons of different level of dentists out there. From junky businss man to a high level of doctor. I send my family to Dr. Eric Smith. What can I say more about him. Flat out the BEST ONE!!!

Very caring and thorough staff. My anxiety quickly subsided when they explained the process and made it clear that pain management was their primary concern. Also, I do not have insurance and found them to be very affordable. The consultation and x-rays were free of charge. The cavity was $104 to fill. That was my only charge for the visit. I will definitely recommend Dr. Eric Smith to anyone in the area and will most certainly use his offices for any future dental procedures. Make sure to visit, you will not be disappointed.

Four Seasons Dental is a great place. I was referred here by a close friend and Im glad I did. For starters their dentist chairs are super comfy :) but really I should start with the staff. They are friendly and take time to tell me what is going on with my teeth. The care is great. I also love the good smelling warm towel that they give me at the end of my appointment. I highly recommend Four Seasons Dental.

I have been coming to Dr. Smith for several years now. Even when I lived in Idaho, I still drove down for my semi-annual appointments and drillings. This office knows how to make the customer happy with excellent service! No one likes going to the dentist, but I have been incredibly pleased and never mind coming in and getting work done. The staff is so pleasant. Keep it up!!

Ive been seeing Dr. Smith for probably a decade, hes personable and remembers not just my life and health but my entire huge familys lives and health. He does follow up curtesy calls to make sure Im feeling okay after each procedure. His staff is wonderful, they also keep track of my family. I really like them and highly recommend this office!
