About a year ago I happen to be on vacation with my family at Disney World when my teeth decided to turn against me. Over the course of about a day I developed an abscess tooth. We were due to return home to Salt Lake on a Sunday morning. I was in so much pain that I would have rather passed out then deal with it any longer. The flight was absolutely miserable. By the time our plane landed there was nothing left for me to do but call the experts at Kaysville Dental. I called the second we landed, and as soon as we got in the car we headed straight for the dental office. Dr. Ericksen had arrived a few minutes early and prepared everything needed to help relieve me of my pain. Within 45 minutes, the work was done and the longest 24 hours of my life were over. Thanks to Dr. Ericksen, Im back to normal. It was an invaluable experience to have somebody willing to drop everything they were doing, on my behalf. On a weekend! Im a patient for life! Thank you!

First visit was very positive, Dr. Hoeft personally cleaned my teeth. Office staff was very friendly and efficient. His equipment and diagnostic technology is "cutting edge." Neat to see what my teeth look like via actual photos. He gave me some tooth whitening gel to get rid of the accumulated stains. Second visit Dr. Hoeft applied some material to my teeth to remove some pits that were retaining food particles, a big improvement. Third visit was an emergency for which Dr. Hoeft came into the office on a Friday night at 7:30 and gave me back a temporary "smile" while we waited for a new crown to be made. That was above and beyond the call of duty, and much appreciated. I would recommend his dental care to anyone interested in a caring, up-to-date, conscientious dentist.

No matter who the dentist was, Ive never liked going, even just for regular check ups and cleanings. Its just uncomfortable for me in general. I am SO happy that I found Dr. Ericksen. He and his staff make sure youre as comfortable as possible throughout the entire visit. I had an experience with a horrible toothache one evening and desperately called after hours, Dr. Ericksen asked if I would meet him at the office for him to look at it and see what he could do to help me. He is awesome and he does genuinely care. This is a very family friendly office and everyone there is very warm and welcoming!! I highly recommend Dr. Tom!

The doctor himself is very friendly, but I had the worst customer service from the lady on the front desk. She failed on notifying us about how the payments will go, she lacked of friendliness, communication, and integrity. She was very rude and seemed like an attitude of, "get out of my face" I was disappointed in her way of dealing with a new patient to the dentist office. The place was nice and cozy, and they have a great doctor!

I hate dentists because I never know if theyre telling me the truth or not. Kaysville Dental won me over when I went to the dentist for the first time after six years and told me I didnt have a single problem with my teeth. He was very respectful and he helped my husband fix a little bit of work that he needed done. They are a small dentist office that I can trust to do the work I need without gouging me.

I was very pleased on my first visit when Dr. Hoeft performed the cleaning himself. Ive had three dentists in the last ten years and this is the first dentist to provide such hands on care. The office is immaculate and the staff is friendly. Great dentist with lots of experience and great equipment. I was able to see real time xrays as well as before and after cleaning photos. Highly recommend.

Warm and cozy office with friendly staff! Easy to make an appointment and get in fast. Dr. Erickson was very thorough in the cleaning and wasnt pushy into extra treatments. I liked my experience and wish I wasnt moving and could make Dr. Erickson my permanent dentist!

One thing I really appreciated about Dr. Hoeft is his honesty and professionalism. Be assured that you wont be pushed into an unnecessary procedure. He really looks out for your best interest. I moved 1.5 hrs away and this is still the place I go to.
