My whole family went here, we had a few cavities among the 6 of us. We took care of the kids cavities right away. We asked for silver and were given silver (the cavities were all in the top back teeth so silver wouldnt even show) but when we got to the front desk to pay they had charged us for the white ones, which cost a lot more. We corrected it all right then before we left but they (unknowingly to us) continued to charge our insurance for the white. A few months later we got a bill for the remaining balance of our visit but it had no explanation. We checked our claims with our insurance and once again they had charged us for the white fillings. We called right away and they said, "oh, well just write it off for you." without any argument. They knew what they had done. I told them we didnt get the white and they told me I was probably just not remembering it all because it had been a few months. I remembered the whole situation perfectly. And, when we were there we were told (by the Friday dentist, not Dr. Thomas) that my husband had 4 cavities, but he hadnt had any x rays done. He said he could see them by just looking. We moved 2 weeks later so we planned to go get them fixed at another dentist office. Our new dentist couldnt find a single cavity, even *with* x-rays. Not impressed at all.

One of the things I like best about Dr.Thomas is the options he presents for dental care. He outlines each procedure, the pros and cons, the less expensive options and the work that can wait if needed. Over time he has fixed my dental problems (and poor work done by previous dentists) so that I am now pain free and worry free each visit. And it didnt break the bank! He does not try to do everything himself but recommends a selection of other professionals when he knows they are needed. He has our familys complete trust. It is wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dentists office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! Office is always relaxing and sparkling clean. The office staff is always very personable and great about sending a reminder card to help me remember to make my upcoming cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments. Im so confident in going forward now when Dr Thomas finishes explaining the risks and benefits of my treatment choices, I feel like I have all the information I need before starting my treatment. I highly recommend... you wont be disappointed!

I really enjoy my visits to Baer Canyon Dental in Kaysville, Ut. Dr. Ryan Thomas is a very experienced and most gentle dentist I have ever been to. I trust him as well as his staff with my entire families dental needs. The office really makes me feel at home and I no longer have the dental anxiety that I have had in the past. They really do try to connect with you on a personal level and call all of us by our first names when we check in for our appointments. They are outstanding with children! My son was never able to take xrays at other dental offices because the equipment was either too big or they werent patient enough with him and his gag reflex to keep encouraging him to try again. We were able to take them at his first visit to Dr. Thomass office. We have found our life long dentist!

Dr Thomas is hands down the best Dentist around! I have been seeing him for over 7 years, and my dental health has never been better. I had an issue with a dental implant that was done by another doctor, and Dr Thomas went out of his way to contact the other doctor about the implant issues, and even worked it out that the other doctor would re-do the entire implant! (At no cost to me) Talk about patient advocacy! After the implant was corrected, Dr. Thomas ensure my new crown was the right fit, and all has been well since. His staff is very helpful, and took care of all the insurance billing so it was a breeze! I have recommended Dr Thomas to all my friends, and will continue to do so!

My family and I have seen dentist before, but not like Dr. Thomas! Dr. Thomas and his staff made my family truly feel comfortable and very welcome. We also really trusted his diagnosis with each of us. I am personally very nervous while having dental treatment done, but not with Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing! My children were nervous about going to the dentist and the hygienists explained everything they were doing and were very patient with the kids. The kids had a great experience. We have had cavities filled other places and they have been sensitive for months. But when Dr. Thomas has fixed our cavities there was no sensitivity and they felt great when we walked out the door. We would highly recommend Dr. Thomas to everyone!

Dr Thomas is amazing! I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist on a regular basic, and found out I needed to have a crown on one of my tooths. I had him do my crown and it was the best fitting crown I have had..... and yes I have had a few done. But he took the time to tell me what was going on with my tooth and what my options were. I will definitely be going back to him for all my dental work.
