I am putting you on a official notice that I will be making several complaints against your company My name is Mr.Artemus , first and foremost I was mislead, stalled and hustled by the employees and dentist whom did my extractions. His assistant assured me from the beginning that a suitable medication for pain would be prescribed(tylenol3) and I was ok with that. As Ive had serious facial maxifoli mandible surgery in the past, I honestly was Aprehensive about FIVE teeth being pulled, but went ahead with the procedure assured that I would be able to manage my pain with what I was promised numerous times to date. I felt like I was lied to and therefore neglected. My rights are being trampled and Im currently meeting with my lawyer who will be drafting several official complaints to as many regulatory agencies and a lengthy piece for multiple social media sites explaining how this plays out to date. You may also take this notice that a lawsuit is to follow!! Do not doubt me, why should I settle this when your staff purposely misled me. If I was searching for drugs, it sure as heck wouldnt be at a dental office, my pain is real, and now Im told to go to E.R.~^ SMH It is unacceptable to be told to call my primary to get adequate pain management. When I was told Tylenol 3 would be what BayState dental would prescribe me , I would have never agreed to have done such an extensive dental work(5 teeth pulled) This is unfair , YOU HAVE TO THE END OF TODAY TO RESOLVE THIS, EVERYTHING WILL BE DRAWN UP BY 4:30 ready for notary. I will no longer be using your services and will be having the insurance cancel payment You people started this, I am not usually confrontational, but Ive been discriminated against , all this will come out. You messed up, BIG time Westfield baystate dental -- Artemus

My family and I been patients at Baystate Dental since they opened in Westfield. We have always been pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff, our hygienist Emily, and each dentist we have seen. My son had his wisdom teeth taken out recently, and I was pleased in which the way the procedure was explained to us before the extraction, and more so with the follow up by the office, including the office calling to see how he was feeling after the extraction. That is such a rare occurrence in todays healthcare system, but so appreciated by a concerned mom! The office is state of the art and very well maintained. I appreciate the friendly staff and feel that they are truly concerned for their patients. Another bonus are the email and text reminders about your upcoming appointments. I totally recommend Baystate Dental ~ Westfield.

When I checked in was told because I didnt call back to confirm they can cancel my appointment with no warning. Then was told because I had my 3 year old with me, that they wouldnt do a cleaning. I called and spoke to an office manager who was very rude. Said its policy but, depending on circumstances that they will not let a child be present during cleaning. Being a single mom whos been going there for 3 years, had my appointment rescheduled 2 times, and has to bring her 3 year old due to their rescheduling is not one of the circumstances they allow. I will not return.

I only have experience with one other provider so its difficult to give a true review. Overall my experience so far with Baystate Dental Westfield has been great. The staff are very friendly and I even got some helpful restaurant tips since Im new to Westfield. Nice environment to be in and the service is very thorough. My only negative comment is the availability of appointments but Im sure that would be the same with other providers and I guess my view is that clearly they are doing a good job if they are booked out so far.

At Baystate Dental of Westfield you are welcomed at type door and given fantastic customer experience and dental advice throughout your visit. The dental hygienist that took care of me was very knowledgeable and social. The dentist was very friendly as well, and introduced himself to me before inspecting my teeth. Great Dentist in Westifield. Highly recommended.

Horrible. They screwed up my teeth. Drilled out my old fillings and said I needed new ones. I had to have one of them pulled, now the other 2 they did are killing me. NEVER AGAIN! Dr. Trevedi, or whatever his name is; biggest hack of a dentist Ive ever met. Dishonest, brutal, and an intense superiority complex.

We are new to the area and made appointments on a co-workers suggestion. My daughter, age 17, told me after her visit that the dentist and attendant refused to answer her questions and appeared to be in a hurry to finish her filling. She thought they were disrespectful and rude because of her age.
