I would highly recommend Towncrest Dental to everyone looking for dental care. First the front desk staff (Shannon, Dakota) are very personable, engaging and compassionate. The front desk staff always made me feel welcome and went out of their way several times to try to accommodate my care. As a resident physician, my schedule is very challenging and they were very flexible and approachable and helped schedule my care at Towncrest. Dr. Ballard is kind, compassionate and provides very gentle care. I never felt anxious or afraid during my procedures - I had several cavities re-filled and some crowns replaced. I felt her to be very dedicated and precise in her work. She has very high standards and wont settle for anything less than ideal. Overall, she was very knowledgable and was able to provide me with all my options and never forced me make decisions until I felt ready. She is very supportive and nurturing. I would highly recommend Towncrest Dental for your dental needs!

I love Towncrest Dental. Dr. Davidson has done crowns for me and they were a piece of cake compared to the crown I had done elsewhere. He is gentle and precise and gets things done in a timely manner. I never get to the point where Im uncomfortable and thinking "when is this ever going to end". My dental cleanings are very good and the office staff has a good understanding of insurance billing,etc. On top of that, everyone is always pleasant. I cant think of anytime anyone has been the least bit off putting.

The front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were all friendly. They also gave feedback on the status of my oral health, and were educative in the questions I had for how to further improve my teeth-cleaning habits. They also, through the X-Rays, checked for some other medical conditions that other dentists had not mentioned before, just to be thorough (which, fortunately, I was fine!). So far, so good!

The regular check ups were fine until I had to get a cavity filled. The filling they put in cracked less than 72 hours after getting it done and they "fixed" it twice (charging me both times) before it finally stuck. Ive had several cavities filled in the past, and none of my previous dentists needed to try 3 times before getting it correct. Wouldnt recommend.

Moved to the area and was hoping to find a regular dentist. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here-dentist was pushy and didnt make me feel comfortable at all. Ive never had a cavity in my life and she was pushing all these products to make a quick buck. I wont be going back and I wouldnt recommend. It was nice that I was able to get in quickly.

Always a pleasant experience at Towncrest Dental. Such a nice staff, especially the nice young receptionist up front, pretty sure her name is Shannon. She is always smiling and so kind. My dentist is Dr. Davidson and he is amazing, super nice guy and always does what he can to make my visit as painless as possible. A++ for this place in my book!

Always a real pleasure to go to the dentist. My teeth are still ok after all these years and I never miss an appointment because it seems perfectly painless and keeps my teeth cavity free and in my jaw where they belong. Dr. Maas and Stephanie and all the people are such good, careful health care providers. I really like this office.

Seemed to care about my dental anxiety until the very end where they told me they couldnt do a normal root canal and told me to go to an endodontist and then come back! Each additional visit makes it that much worse for me, so three trips for one tooth is unbelievable!

Gritting my teeth while lifting something I cracked my upper front tooth. Dr. Moss was able to install an implant that not only looks great but also straightened the alignment since my teeth were crooked. Quite happy with how everything turned out.
