Its dentistry, corporate dentistry. Theyre in it for profit, not the patient. Id much more prefer a small town friendly atmosphere. They are about streamlining patients with minimal privacy and maximum profit. Not for me, but you take what you get-thanks to corporate dentistry killing off the small dentist. They become a quick option, and they know it-easy way to attract patients in a high demand society. Privacy is poor at best. I could tell you all about the guy in the "cubicle" next to mines dental issues (yes they dont believe in an office with privacy here). Same is to be said for the office manager talking with my dental insurance on the phone and giving out my name and birthdate with three others in the waiting area. Like I said, profit not privacy, they were more worried about what my insurance covered versus my privacy. I had one bad experience in Mankato, I guess I should have known Eau Claire wouldnt be any different.

After calling the majority of dentists in the area on behalf of someone who didnt have dental insurance and was in extreme pain...Aspen was the most affordable to begin with as the waived the initial exam and X-rays for him which would have cost him $150+ everywhere else I called. They were very accommodating to his schedule and were able to do an emergency extraction the following day - relieving him of 3 years of pain! The staff was fantastic - would highly recommend Aspen! I would also recommend obtaining the Careington 500 discount plan for $9.99 a month. It cuts your procedure costs in 1/2!!! You can also use a dental insurance plan on top of that. I would recommend Spirit Dental Insurance plan because its a $100 lifetime deductible and up to $3500 of coverage - most plans max out at $1000.

I felt that the experience at Aspen Dental was very good. I was able to get in quickly, their pricing was clear, and I felt that they were very efficient. My former dentist used to use a tool that forced my mouth to stay open. My mouth is kind of small so it was hard on my jaw as I have mild TMD (known sometimes as TMJ.) I didnt like it at all, but my former dentist would not take the tool out of my mouth. At Aspen Dental I was told that they would not use that tool on me if I did not want it. It makes me think that they care more about the patient than they do about their own convenience. I will be going in again next week to have a tooth fixed and will decide then if I will continue to use Aspen, but so far the experience has been very positive.

I dont recommend the place at all. The receptionist is nice, but they messed up my paperwork TWICE. first time it took me 45minutes. i went in for my appointment and had to refill out all the paperwork again. third time i went in to get fillings, they numbed my left side. when the filling was completed, the numbing started to wear off, my cheek began to hurt. they had skinned my cheek using their tools and didnt even bother to tell me. i now have a scar. and its noticeable, AND theres nothing that i can do to make that scar go away. I never got a call back about my next appointment either, but im glad. i wont be going back anymore. BTW They only had one dentist. Which was very inconvenient. my appointment were months apart.

The girl who cleaned my teeth was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I got my appt set up for 6 months from now and they said I had to have xrays done. I have recently had many xrays done at the endodontist and asked if I would be able to go without the xrays this time around. The receptionist was so rude to me. She kept telling me that Id have to take it up with "the girl," next time I came in and when I asked if I would be able to go without xrays this time she snapped on me and then didnt say another word to me, so I just awkwardly got up and left. Im highly considering changing dentists bc she made me feel so uncomfortable.

You never know what to expect when you try something new out. Well, I was having extremely bad pain in one tooth the night before, I survived threw night. So the next morning I gave Aspen a shout. Not knowing what to expect, they were able to not only get me in that morning but do surgery the very same day. I was extremely surprised , not only were they very nice but also very happy with the results!! I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. I dont even have dental insurance. They helped with a few coupons, so my bill wasnt so big. Very fortunate to have somebody help in tough times. I owe them so much.

All the staff is courteous, they are prompt, friendly, and very helpful. They listen to your concerns and are more than willing to help in any way they can. I chose this office because of cost effectiveness and found that they are more up to date on new technology and practices. Would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of dental care. Hoping in the future they could open an office closer to my home, but they are more than worth the drive to get excellent service they give.

Firstly, I got there ahead of another patient, yet I was the one who had to wait until the other patient was finished with the x-ray. Then they made me wait an additional 15 minutes while they checked with my insurance. Which I understand, but I also told them I had class. I literally was at the dentist for 2 FRACKING hours for a god damn routine x-ray and check up. If it is your first time here, I would only recommend going because they do free x-rays for new patients.

My experience with Aspen Dental was excellent. The entire staff individually and collectively offered caring, professional service. Their warmth and friendliness put me at ease during what could have been a very anxious time for me. The doctor and his staff were confident, informative and made sure I understood the treatment plan and costs involved. I felt cared for and comfortable throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this team of caregivers.

Aspen Dental was very professional and efficient from beginning to end. I set up an appointment online for the date and time of my choice. I then went to their office and everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. I sat for only a few minutes in the lobby and then was admitted. From the time I entered to the time I left was about 35-40 min. In that time I had x-rays, a gum exam, and the dentist exam. It was a very efficient and enjoyable visit!

I know I needed dental work and instead of telling me what I did wrong, I was told what the game plan was to go forward and what we , and I emphasize the word WE, were going to do to get back to a healthy mouth. I was treated with respect and talked to like a human being, not just another client who was giving them money.

My visit to Aspen Dental was a very good one. The assistants and office personnel were friendly and informative. Dr Rana took a very close look at a problem area, and we looked at the x-ray and discussed the tooth. I felt good about our decision. I plan on scheduling a recheck in 6 months with Dr Rana.
