I have been going to Dr. Miller for about 12 years now and I absolutely love her! In fact, all of the staff there treats you like family. Everyone in that office is always smiling! Dr. Miller pays attention to details and never makes you feel rushed, which is a huge plus for me. They are always in the know about the newest gadgets and procedures too! I have very sensitive teeth and have had some dental work done by her (which turned out great btw) and through the whole process she took her time to make sure everything went perfectly and most importantly that I was comfortable. I have seen Dr. Hinds a few times when Dr. Miller was out of office and she is amazing too so you cant go wrong with either Dr. Also, I would like to add they are great with young children! Both of my kids have been seeing Dr. Miller since about age 4 and they love her!

My parents are visiting from out of state. They each lost a tooth (Dad on the way and Mother after arrival). I called Dr. Millers office late in the afternoon, and Carol encouraged me to send them right over. Dr. Miller examined them thoroughly even though they arent her patients. She referred Dad to a specialist in his hometown--hell need surgery and intensive, repeated care--and she re-cemented Mothers implant. She slso x-rated the tooth and worked tediously to remove excess cement. She stayed past office hours to make sure the work met her high standards. Mother came home relieved and praising Dr. Millers work and care. She added that if she decides to move to Waco, shes found her dentist! She raved about the Creekwood staff too. Thank you Dr. Miller and your colleagues for your professionalism and excellence. Im ever grateful.

I love Creekwood Dental... Both Dr. Miller and Dr. Hinds are Awesome... but recently I was getting my teeth cleaned by Billie and she asked if I had Acid Reflux.... and I did and I had been on medication for 3 months.... She informed me that the medication should be temporary and referred me to Dr. Tullos at Hillcrest. I owe Billie big time because Dr. Tullos did a scope and found out I had a hiatal hernia and bad reflux and he was able to fix both. Now I dont have to take any reflux medication and I can breathe better and have more energy and a normal GI track! Ive been dealing with my GI issues for 3-4 years.... one doctor said I was Glutten sensitive.... and now I can eat Bread again! When your gut is messed up... I guess it shows up in your teeth! Thank you Billie and Creekwood Dental for recognizing that! :)

They did a great job on major detal work for me years ago but since then I have had never ending trouble trying to stay with one dental hygienist. I cant develop a relationship with a dental hygienist because you schedule for a particular person and when you come in it is with another one without you being informed. They use a great water micro jet cleaning system but on the next to last cleaning visit the hygienist barely used it instead of a manual tool. Great place for major work done but followup maintenance is difficult. Also, I still havent figured out why I was left waiting and SLEEPING in their WAITING room for 1 1/2 hours when I came in on time for my appointment before I woke MYSELF UP to enquire how much longer I would need to wait before I was brought back to see Dr. Heins.

My wonderful experience as a patient at Creekwood Dental Arts absolutely cannot be overstated! In fact, I think they may be the finest business in all of Waco. Rather than playing phone tag with their office I confirm my appointments via text or email. Seamless, fast & efficient for everyone. My dental hygienist is thorough, but gentle. While its not painful to get my teeth cleaned, I still feel like I walk out shiny & clean. Dr. Miller takes excellent care of me and I was very pleased with the staffs care when I had to go in for a root canal, which was my first appointment with their practice. They got me in immediately and did an amazing job. We are always so thrilled to be able to recommend our friends to Creekwood. Thanks!

My mother is 80 years old and needed some dental work. Her previous dentist in Denton recommended Creekwood, and Im so glad that he did. Every encounter with the staff, from scheduling to appointment follow-up, has been rich with courtesy, smiles and pleasant tones. Everyone in the office treats mom with respect and compassion, showing great consideration even thought she moves a little slowly and takes her time answering questions. Dr. Miller is absolutely one of the best medical professionals I have ever encountered. She takes all of the time that is needed to give good explanations for every service and treatment, and she is pleasant and respectful. We could not have made a better choice!

Creekwood Dental Art was recommended by my family doctor, and I found that I had indeed come to the right place, where everyone is very professional and friendly. Dr. Miller is very amiable and spent a lot of time checking my teeth carefully and explaining to me about my situation very patiently. She has made a thoughtful treatment plan for me. My hygienist, Lisa, not only did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, but she also used a big part of her lunch break to teach me the correct techniques for brushing! Definitely the best dental service I have experienced from both Dr. Miller and Lisa!

This place is so awesome! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was concerned and embarrassed because I had not seen a dentist in years. I was afraid I was actually going to loose a tooth that I have had issues with. But the staff and Dr Miller were all very kind and understanding and assured me that there was no need for my embarrassment. Dr Miller was able to save my tooth and get me on my way that same day! I would definitely recommend Dr Miller and Creekwood dental to anyone!! I know that I will be a regular patient from now on!

I want to say my experience with Creekwood dental Arts was amazing, I have never been here before which was even more surprising they would work so hard to get me in. I called in the morning with a serious situation and they took me right in . Dr. Miller and the staff were professional friendly and very accommodating. Dr. miller explained the procedure and the options I had. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff for being so nice and taking care of the problem so it did not get worst. I highly recommend Creek wood Dental Arts!!!

My almost 5 year old does so well every time he has an appointment. I have always felt that its one thing to work with adults but another to successfully work with children as well. I like that our entire family can all go to the same dentist. And just be front desk workers were SO impressive at remembering who we were. Wed just moved to the area and they even noticed my 4 year olds haircut! It really helped us feel like we had found a great place. I know well be continuing with Creekwood for many years to come.
