Customer for over three years and never had a pleasurable experience. Each yearly visit I waited over thirty minutes past my appointment time. Recently I went out of town before I was able to pick up my renewal prescription. I lost a contact and asked Park Ridge if they could send my prescription so I could pick up a “trial pair” from a local Wal-Mart at no charge. Park Ridge refused stating that I had already fulfilled my yearly prescription, even though the contacts I ordered were still sitting in their office. The lack of dedication to customer service was astounding, as all I was asking for was help obtaining two measly contacts and they did everything they could to ensure that didn’t happen. On my first visit they dilated my pupils and failed to inform me of how sensitive my eyes would become to sunlight and did not provide any eye protection. It was a sunny day with fresh snow and I could barely open my eyes while driving. About two blocks away from their office I nearly rear ended a police officer who was attending to a stranded car on the roadway. I had to call a friend to come pick me up.

I have an extensive history regarding my eyes and have met with multiple optometrists, ophthalmologists and eye surgeons. My experience at Parkridge Vision is hands-down the best! The office staff is professional, friendly and helpful, but Dr. Marlatt is where the biggest difference is seen. This was the most thorough exam I have ever had, and Dr. Marlatt took the time to explain each test, how they would be performed and the purpose of each test. He then reviewed each test with me and explained to me the red flags we will need to watch in the future. Dr. Marlatt has been an incredible source of information for me and has taken the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I learned more in just a few visits with Dr. Marlatt than all of my other specialists put together. He is also kind, funny and makes you feel very comfortable. Special thank you goes out to the Dr. Marlatt and the team at Parkridge Vision for taking exceptional care of their patients.

N K in the last week ZERO stars!!! I have never been treated so rudely by a service "professional." Dr Sancho did not greet us with a hello, snapped at us about being late, which we werent. (Her front office never informed us we were to be there 15 minutes before our scheduled time and we ended up waiting for 10 minutes to be seen.) We were there as a follow up because the glasses she prescribed werent working for my child. When I tried to explain what was going, she snapped at me told me she would fix it in a very hostile tone and rolled her eyes. She refused to talk directly to me from that point on and only dealt with my 12 year old. In the end we were left having to go back to the old prescription. Unfortunately for us, it cost us over $400 for lenses that we didnt need. Do not waste your time or money here.

Really disappointed in the service (or lack of) with Parkridge Vision Specialists. I had my eyes examined and prescription lenses done at this place (approximately $500 out of pocket). Lens came loose a few weeks later, when I returned, they refused to help me. They said they could not warrant the work because the glasses were purchased elsewhere. They never mentioned this to me when they charged me for the work. Said the only way the could fix my problem was if I purchased the same frame at their store (at my expense) and then they send back to lab for repair. Extremely, extremely disappointed that they could take $500 and not stand behind their work or the work of their lab.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jeff Marlatts since 2013. Back then my husband drove an hour out of his way to visit this doctor, as he hadnt been able to wear contacts in years. A coworker at the time told him that Dr. Marlatt managed to fit very difficult cases. My husband was fitted for contacts within weeks of seeing Dr. Marlatt, and hes been wearing them successfully ever since! Dr. Marlatt has resolved some confusion for me too through the years, resulting in a great deal of cost savings compared to previous eye doctors. I am so appreciative of his expertise and personality, and the whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Were so glad we found ParkRidge!

Dr Maraltt is great. But thats where it ends. Long (two week) turnaround times to get your glasses made, then in my case the lens was cracked and they had to remake them (poor quality control). Then it was ANOTHER two weeks. There was no sort of rush to fix the error. When I finally got the glasses, they were again wrong. These were very expensive glasses, and this will be a full six weeks to get them right (assuming they ever do). I did try to explain my concerns to the office manager, and while polite, her attitude translated into "oh well....." The good news is that this will be the last dealings I have with Parkridge.

Dr. Sancho is by far the best and most patient eye doctor I have ever had. She spent endless amount of time, and energy to find me contact lenses that were comfortable, improved my vision, and overall gave me my independence to be able to see again. I strongly recommend her for anyone that has a difficult time getting fitted for contact lenses and has a high prescription. My prescription is so high that most lenses are not even made in that high of power. She wont give up! She worked really hard for the last few months to find a way for me to be able to see again. Im forever grateful for her knowledge and kindness.

Dr Sancho goes above and beyond to ensure your eye is healthy and your mind is at ease. She checks for numerous conditions and asks the type of questions you dont get from an Americas Best or other chain. My previous experiences have been with Americas Best. I dont think you realize how much you are treated like just another sheep at chains like that until you have had the entirely opposite treatment from people like Dr Sancho. I wouldnt go back to Americas Best if you paid me and gave me a Lamborghini. Did you know Park Ridge Vision is the optometrist the entire Denver Broncos goes to? I think it is a no-brainer!!

The staff greeted me on the phone and offered me a same day examination. Both doctors reviewed all of the information from my appointment and confirmed my eye needs. The entire experience was seamless and quick. I was back to work within 90 minutes. The office was immaculate and I trusted all of the care I received. In addition, several months later, I had a concern late in the evening regarding a torn contact. I called their phone number and Dr. Sancho returned my call within minutes. She offered to see me immediately but her advise resolved the matter on its own. Great office!

I went in yesterday for the first time and was fitted for contacts and had my eyes dilated. I woke up in the middle of the night and one of my eyes felt funny. I had some stuff around it and it felt scratchy. I called the optometrist and they wanted to charge me $50 to look at it which I think is unacceptable. I was just there yesterday and my eyes were fine. So something may have happened at the visit. I think they should still check it out. But now I wont be going back.
