We paid over 700 dollars to get our teeth whitened. Heres how it all went down (in short): Called to make appointment for my husband and I. I asked if we would be treated at the same time and the girl said YES. We were not treated at the same time because they only have one whitening machine. So, my husband rushed out of work for nothing to sit there for over 2 hours. Some Hispanic woman walked us to the back of their office and it seemed like she was high on something cause she was talking about how great this experience was going to be..turns out she had us scrub our hands then place them into a community warmer that EVERYONE else uses...gross and dirty! She sat us in this room she called a spa. It was disgusting. The lamp used for eyelash extensions has lashes stuck to the base of it and they were caked on by dust. She had us sit on the spa bed but it looked like the sheet hadnt been changed. She then turns on this radio that is saturated with dust and asked us to relax in that weird tone of voice. Finally when I was going to be treated for my teeth whitening, the assistant sat me in a chair, took impressions then LEFT to go work on another patient! It was way passed my appointment time at this time. When she returned, she couldnt find the orange glasses so she gave me some random sunglasses and when I questioned her, she continued to look for the orange glasses to protect my eyes from the blue light. She didnt place any lip balm on my lips and they burned, she didnt take a before picture, so to tell you the truth, my teeth dont look any whiter than when I brush with baking soda. Dont go to this place, its dirty and unorganized. The orange glasses had water spots on them like theyd been previously used on another patient and were not cleaned before she handed them to me! Wasted time and money..I couldve been at the gym.

So I had been reluctant to go to the dentist for quite a few years untill today. I had a wisdom tooth that got infected after breaking apart while eating freeze dried bananas a while back. It didnt really hurt so I went on like normal untill it really started hurting yesterday when I would chew on anything. I did tons of research on local dentist offices and The Dental Spa had a nice ring to it :) . So with no appointment and not being able to sleep all night I just walked in at about 7 am after the shop opened up for business . The front of house staff was extremely helpful and polite and immediately got me into the schedule for the day. No more than 15 minuets after arriving I was back into the operating chair and looking at the awesome fish tank with a little Finding Nemo fish and all kinds of exotic fish! This place is top notch, they even offered me a movie to watch with some of those vr style movie glasses. They made sure and did everything to make me comfortable and not feel any pain. Because my tooth was so infected it was super painful and I just wanted it pulled so bad. So after lots of tooth numbing medicine and some precision tooth pulling the tooth was out! I felt so relieved to have that sucker out(it was like a metaphorical thorn in the lions paw). Everyone was so nice to me. I just want to thank Yall from the bottom of my heart. And if anyone is reading this and thinking about going to the Dental Spa stop now and call them and make an appointment! Recently moved to the area from DC and decided on Dr. Stan Zebrowski because of his 5-star reviews, and honestly he is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have had to have quite a bit of dental work, bonding, crown replacement and everything he has done is the best work I have ever experienced, he truly is highly skilled and his work is proof of that. The bonding on my front teeth is amazing (which is awesome because I was told by another dentist back east that I would need veneers). I have also had work done by Dr. Rachel Lowery who did a nice job replacing a lost filling. The hygenists are very good and very accommodating, in fact, the entire staff is professional, friendly, caring, and the customer service is excellent. You will not be disappointed.

Northwoods Dental Spa is amazing! They are like a family... they welcome you in, offer you coffee, everyone takes a genuine interest in you & really seems to care. They always remember us when we go in & make us feel comfortable. The care my husband & I have received has been great. They are gentle & make sure to keep you as comfortable as possible. Weve been offered blankets, headphones, & even movie glasses... anything to keep you at ease. They have been so great about my anxiety issues, I just love them!! Tell them your concerns & they will be attentive. They explained everything to me & I learned more about oral health in minutes with them than in my entire life... gums are important people FLOSS!!!

I have been a patient of Dr.Stan Zebrowski at Northwood dental spa for almost 4 years.I was also seen by Dr.Irene Blaess few times. They both are wonderful caring professionals , the type of doctors that you immediately trust and know they will take great care of you. Supporting stuff is always nice and friendly. I also like the word SPA instead of OFFICE. And you do feel like you are in a relaxing atmosphere of a spa rather than at a regular dental office. The fish tank with the colorful fish is a must see! There is a kids room with movies;coffee,water, fruits are provided. These are very nice touches but of course what makes this place a great place are two wonderful doctors Dr.Z and Dr.B.

I just had my teeth cleaned this morning at Northwoods Dental Spa. Their hygienist was very nice and super thorough! She even gave me some advice on how to floss more thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I then met Dr. Blaess who was very knowledgeable and even fixed an uneven crown and some sharp fillings that have been giving me grief for months! She then came up with a treatment plan for me that was extremely reasonable and even included an inexpensive solution for some gaps that always made me a little self conscious. I cant wait to have the work done and see the awesome staff again next week!

I have always had a fear of the dentist. I had so many bad expirences in the past I really avoided the dentist for years. Well by avoiding the dentist that long I needed a lot of work. One day I could not take the pain anymore I emailed Northwood dental spa and Dr.Blaess called me direct within like 3 min wow! Got me in the next day pulled a few teeth and over the last 6mo I had them repaired replaced and for the longest time I had not smiled now I smile big thank you Dr. Blaess so much for the best expirence ever with a dentist! Monica also was great on the facial I received Ill be back for more:)
