Absolutely amazing service! My fiancé had a cracked tooth that was causing extreme pain, we made a last minute same day appointment and he was an absolute breeze to work with. All staff was friendly and helpful, Dr. Biaggi himself was very caring and careful, listened intently to our needs and figured out exactly what she needed. He even went as far as staying 2 hours after close to finish the procedure which went perfectly! Highly recommend this office whether you are in the area or not! If I could give more than 5 stars, i would.

I live 34 miles north of San Antonio in New Braunfels. There are approximately 15 dentist in New Braunfles and I prefer to visit Dr. Biaggi and his staff. they Make you feel like you are a member of the family. It cost me $15 in gas to drive to San Antonio, but it is well worth it. I have had everything from teeth cleanings, root canals and now caps on front teeth. I found that anything that needs to be done to my teeth, Dr. Biaggi can take care of. As long as I am able to drive I will never go to another dentist.

Dr. Biaggi is a great dentist who is passionate/dedicated to his work and genuinely cares about his patients. They have two locations which makes it very convenient. We used to go to him for years. Then when he expended his office he became untrustworthy. So sad. He sad my daughter needed a route canal but only needed a filling. Took 3 of my kids to see him and truated him. Cant bekieve what $ does to peiple. We stopped going to him adter that. Couldnt and wouldnt trust him anymore. Getting an expansion shouldnt make you become a bad dentist to pay for it. Even lost loyal employees bcz of it.

This office is only interested in the $$$ they can make.........whether or not you actually need braces is irrelevant. Staff is not even knowledgeable on the different products or services the office has to offer. Right hand does not know what the left is doing. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend this office at all!!

I went to Dr. Biaggis office because i was told i needed an expensive root canal & crown on a tooth that was broken, Dr. Biaggi was able to fix this tooth for me with a simple filling. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. I have switched dentists office and would recommend this office to any of my friends!
