I hate going to dentist because I have had some really bad experiences at different places. However, last week I went to the Braun Location and I was blown away by the friendly staff. From the time I booked my appointment I had a good feeling. While I was waiting to be seen ( which wasnt long) The Manager (I believe her name was Cassie blond hair fit women ) came out to greet me asked if I needed anything or if i had any more questions. Which was very helpful, because i did have a few questions on the payment side of things and how the issuance stuff worked. After my cleaning and check up which was painless and fast, Cassie ( I hope thats correct ) walked me over to the finance department. Adam is who I spoke with. I think he was a supervisor as well. If not he should be. I learned more about payment and insurance in 10mins than I have my whole life. He made it easy for me to understand, broke it down step by step when he seen I looked lost he took a step back and explained it again. It was so nice not to be rushed. I love this place and if i could give it 100 star rating I would. Dr. Khan was great and Zulema was very helpful as well. Try this place! You will love going to have your teeth worked on. My family has relied on 7to7 Dental for the past 12 months. I was looking for dental service close to my residence after moving to San Antonio. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome by the front desk. Then I met Joel who worked on my teeth and gave them the best cleaning they have ever received. He was so proficient and professional that it amazed me..he spent a good amount of his time going over what dental attention my teeth needed and listened to my concerns about treatment cost. The dentist did the final check and added to my dental health plan. I couldnt have been more pleased with the attention. Under their care my teeth are in much better health. I can only say to anyone looking for new dental service to give them a try, you are going to like their care..and best of all they accepted my dental insurance and to date my family has paid $0 out of pocket expense for the best dental care we have received in years.

This is the best dental clinic in San Antonio! Totally great dental experience- Doctors, Staff, services, facilities are all awesome! Just got my 2 wisdom teeth extracted today done by Dr. Khan and assisted by Celina and the procedure was done in a heartbeat! No pain and all I can say was- that was quick! Would greatly recommend Dr.Khan for a smooth procedure youll ever want. Needs are very well attended to. Done several procedures with them for my family and we really feel weve been taken care of- from periodic cleaning, diagnostics,scheduling, appointment reminders and even a heartwarming card with a handwritten message sent to your mail reflects a personal touch from 7to7 staff. 7to7 Braun is a family with warm and real people. Expertise combined with homey feel will really make them apart from all other clinics. 100% recommended to everyone. Kudos to 7to7-Braun, you all deserve a big high five and tap on the back.

Our dentist moved to 7 to 7 Dental & Orthodontics, so we decided to give them a try. My kids and I have had several cleanings there and my one daughters now has braces. The doctors, hygienists and staff are friendly and professional. Its a very comfortable environment, with televisions in every cubicle that you can watch while having your cleaning/dental service. The orthodontic side of things is great. We rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to get called back. Her braces are usually tightened/adjusted and were out within 20 minutes. The staff is great about scheduling (and rescheduling) appointments. Ive never had a problem with billing or insurance. They also have weekend appointments, which is great when the kids cant miss school!

I was once told by an employee that bonuses are given to workers if quotas are hit. This explains why it is usually worst case scenario with them. A filling they had previously placed fell out yesterday and couldnt be replaced today. There was nothing broken, but a crown was the only option I was given after being seen by a new doctor for less than two minutes. I have been going there for several years; dont expect to see the same dentist, assistant, or hygienist each time you visit. UPDATE: I went to a family practice today for a second opinion (two days after the 7 to 7 visit). The filling was replaced. A crown wasnt even suggested.

Been coming here since they merged with Potranco Family Dental. I wanted to keep my Dentist who owned it Dr. Samuel Saltzman. He is the best. The nicest most professional Dentist I have known for at least 10 years. My wait here is always minutes from my appt time. They stick to their schedule. I love the TV on the ceiling, you get to watch TV while they are working on you. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming, when you walk in. I highly recommend Dr. Saltzman, if you want a great dentist, always in a good mood,good sense of humor. I could go on and on , but I think you get the idea. Ruben Cantu a long time very happy patient.

I had the worst Porcelain ceramic Veneers I cant smile. My Veneers they turned immediately right on top, Black, real yellow like stain of mold in the bathroom. Pretty nasty!! I am really not happy they ruined my smile, my look... On top of that the doctor said to me. " Practice to smile " that way people wont see your teeth. I PAID THOUSANDS OF $$$$$$$ FOR A HORRIBLE NASTY VENEERS. Im hoping 7 to 7 Dental is going to take care this issue on my next appointment and dont give more excuses. I will keep you people updated. This has been a great experience for me. They have a program where, if you get regular check ups every six months, they will give you whiteners for your teeth. They have their own insurance for $199 a year you get all preventative & 30% off on any treatments. Cheaper than what Im paying for Delta Dental. When I needed an implant they referred me to an EXCELLENT surgeon to do that procedure. The reason I started going to this office is it is a convenient location & the hours are very accommodating. They are open 6 days a week! They are available from 7 AM till * PM Monday - Friday.

I was a new patient. They ran 40 minutes late, kept me for 2 hours for only x-rays, were unable to help me, were not able to schedule a follow-up appointment unless I pre-paid, but would not let me pre-pay because they couldnt confirm my insurance since it was a weekend and would not even let me pre-pay the full amount so I could schedule. Whoever set up this policy should be fired. What business puts a customer through such delays and poor service then says "no we will not accept prepayment for the full amount." Good hours does not make up for poor service.
